Large kitchen appliance
I recently bought a big kitchen appliance from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. Ordering was a breeze and their website was super easy to use. It was really cool being able to pick my delivery time ahead of time – saved me from having to get up early to wait around. They kept me in the loop about when my stuff would arrive, and the driver even gave me a heads up call 15 minutes before showing up, which I thought was a nice touch. The guys who delivered it were super friendly and polite, and they got everything set up and were out the door in no time. All in all, I’m super happy with the service from this company.

I recently bought a washing machine online, but I'm not very technical, so I got a bit confused when ordering. I thought I accidentally ordered multiple washing machines, so I had to call customer service for help. Luckily, Michael was super helpful and cleared up the confusion. A few days later, my new washing machine arrived shiny and new. It really is easy once you know how! Ordering from AO was so easy! I could pick my delivery day and add on any extras I wanted without a problem. I ordered a washer and it arrived on the day I chose, but it was pretty late in the afternoon. The delivery guy brought it into my kitchen all gentle-like and showed me everything without any scratches. It's a really awesome washer with neat features and stuff.

I just got a new TV delivered by two really nice guys. They were super helpful and polite.
