Washing machine purchase
This is seriously the best company for appliances I've ever come across. I'm definitely sticking with them from now on. They have a great selection at really good prices. Plus, the whole deal where they take away your old appliance and set up the new one is totally worth it. The delivery guys were quick, really knew their stuff, and were super mindful of my limited space. They even made sure the washing machine was level and working properly before they left. And how cute is that little green teddy bear they gave me for my son? We've already named him Bob!

customer service experience
I had a terrible experience with customer service. They totally ignored what I was saying, kept interrupting me, and didn't really solve my problem. Dealing with them was a huge pain and it made me think poorly of the whole company. The way they handled everything was just really disappointing. It's really unfortunate that a big company like that has such terrible customer service.
