Sticking Patches
Your patch stickers were a huge help when I needed them. The packaging was really cool and the instructions were easy to follow. I'm curious about how exactly these patches work - specifically what's the deal with those mitochondria? Do they last longer than 6 months? And can I wear a bunch of them all at the same time? The only issue was that the patches were a bit small, so I had to use extra adhesive to keep them on. It would be great if you could make them bigger!

Two dry mascara samples
The Birchbox samples I got over the past six months have been a letdown, especially those two mascara samples that were so dry I couldn't even use them. And the other ones they sent weren't worth the try. I tried to cancel my subscription after six months, but there was no obvious way to do it on their website. I emailed them a few days ago to cancel, but haven't heard back yet. And to top it off, they charged me for another month without even telling me after my initial six-month subscription ended. Canceling my Birchbox subscription has been a hassle and honestly pretty annoying.

I got this temperature control thing for people who are stuck in bed because of medical stuff, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. Dealing with temperature issues because of my health has been a real struggle, but this device has made a huge difference in how well I sleep. When I had a problem with the device after 6 months, their customer service was amazing. BedJet was super quick to respond and helped me fix the problem right away. Roomdi took care of my hotel booking pretty well, but the downside was they didn't have a customer support phone number. However, their email support was on point and gave me the help I needed. I liked that they kept me in the loop with updates when I asked for them. The only hiccup was with the hotel, City Express Ensenada, because they messed up my booking and made me feel uneasy by suggesting I hadn't paid.
