Extended stay due to obstacles
I had such a terrible experience at this place, it's hard to put into words. Had to extend my stay twice because of so many problems, and it was a hassle the whole time. The staff was so disorganized that I thought about finding somewhere else to stay. My weekend plans got messed up dealing with payment problems, and the way they treated guests was just bizarre. They didn't clean my room for more than a week, and on top of that, they for some reason took $6 from me each day for charity without even asking because they didn't clean. The prices kept changing, and it felt like they were taking advantage of us with hidden fees. I felt like I was doing all the work to get anything I needed while I was there, and it was really disappointing. I'm so disappointed in their so-called high-tech service and feel bad for the staff having to deal with all these problems all the time.

I paid 120 euros for my order of various products on 11/24/2021, and I only received 3 samples of 3ml each. I haven't gotten any response via email or phone. I thought since they are part of a reputable group, they would be reliable, but they are nothing but thieves! I am so disappointed and upset about this.

I bought an e-cigarette from this shop, and the product is pretty good, but I'm not happy with how long it's taking to ship. They usually use an American shipping company, but this time they went with a Chinese one, causing a big delay. It's been 9 days since they shipped it, and it's still in China. They're saying it'll take 2-3 more weeks to get to the USA. I needed it quickly and already paid for it, so this delay is really annoying.

Your patch stickers were a huge help when I needed them. The packaging was really cool and the instructions were easy to follow. I'm curious about how exactly these patches work - specifically what's the deal with those mitochondria? Do they last longer than 6 months? And can I wear a bunch of them all at the same time? The only issue was that the patches were a bit small, so I had to use extra adhesive to keep them on. It would be great if you could make them bigger!
