Safety Warning: High Nickel Content ... False Advertising
I am writing this to warn others with metal sensitivities. I purchased the Taraji and Zodiac necklaces ($237.81), which were explicitly advertised as "certified nickel-free" and "14kt gold plated."
After developing a painful, blistering rash, I had both pieces professionally tested by a jeweler. The results were shocking: The Taraji necklace tested at 88% Nickel and less than 5% Gold. The Zodiac necklace showed no gold content at all.
I have been in a back-and-forth email chain with the founder, Alexis, since November 2025. While she initially offered replacements, she later admitted she could not afford the $2,500 cost to independently verify that the replacements would actually be nickel-free. On Jan 26, 2026, she officially offered a full refund.
It has now been weeks with no refund, no tracking, and no further communication. I am currently out $237 and left with jewelry that is physically unsafe to wear. I would advise all customers, especially those with allergies, to look elsewhereLooks good, didn't last
Not worth the money — faded fast and gave me a necklace rash. Tried them for a month; first impression looked nice, but customer support shrugged.
