A satisfactory experience with Cleo
I've been using Cleo for a while now and I have to say, it's been a pretty decent experience overall. One thing I really like about the company is that they have a really user-friendly app. It's easy to navigate and everything is laid out in a way that makes it simple to find what I'm looking for.

2. The $20 reward I got for using this app for a year and a half really comes in handy to keep me from blowing all my paycheck on stuff like groceries and gas. But I wouldn't suggest signing up for anything else on the app since it keeps having problems. I wonder if anyone has had good results after reporting issues to customer service?

Unauthorized account opening
I found out a while back that someone opened an account in my name and address without asking me first. When I reached out to the company, they couldn't tell me who did it or what email address was used. Plus, they used a bank from overseas to open the credit card and didn't check who I really am. Even though they said they would get back to me, I haven't heard anything from them since. It seems like this company is running some shady business, so I suggest avoiding them at all costs.

Cleo is great! She helps you out by letting you borrow money and improve your credit score. She also gives you tips on budgeting your money. And, she's even nice enough to have a chat with you. It's pretty awesome!
Cancelled order, double payment issue
I had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company recently. I canceled my order, but they ended up charging my account twice anyway. I tried contacting customer service about it, and they asked me to send a picture of the transaction. After I did that, they just said they didn't know why it happened and couldn't do anything to fix it. I'm feeling really frustrated by their lack of accountability and inability to resolve the issue. Even though I didn't choose direct deposit, the advance amount keeps going down. When I talked to customer service about it, they said I might get a higher advance if I set up the card. But I feel like they're tricking me, so I might just cancel my subscription completely.
