app experience
At first, I liked using the app, but I got let down when I needed help. The customer service people weren't really answering my questions and just kept wanting me to shut down the app. They didn't seem interested in helping or listening to my problems, so I felt disappointed. It felt like they cared more about having a lot of reps than actually giving good help because even though they said they had plenty of staff, they weren't actually helping me get anywhere. And when they said they were there to help, it didn't feel genuine since they only replied when I wasn't online, which just made me frustrated with the whole situation.

Wrong order issue.
I tried to contact customer service about the mix-up with my order, but they haven't said a word. I sent them an email as soon as I noticed the mistake, but it's been more than a week and I haven't gotten a reply. Instead of helping me out and fixing the problem, they just sent me a standard email about returning orders, completely ignoring what I actually asked. Having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges is really frustrating, to say the least.

Amazing selection and deals
Wine Access has this awesome selection of wines that you just can't find anywhere else, no matter how much you're willing to pay. They have these cool connections with winery owners all over the world, which gets them these crazy good deals that you can't beat. And being able to shop from home? That's just the cherry on top. Plus, every time I've dealt with Wine Access and their customer service, it's been great. I'm a huge fan of their service and all the wines they have to offer.

Xmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 7th, but I've been trying to reach out to the company multiple times to check on the status. Finally, they told me it wouldn't arrive until December 30th. I asked to cancel the order, but they said it was impossible once it had been marked. Their customer service and communication skills were really lacking. Dealing with them was definitely not worth the trouble.

Free, basic embroidery and block printing courses
I recently took these really cool free courses on basic embroidery and block printing. Kat and Jen were such great teachers, and I learned so much that I can use in my own art projects. I'm super excited to try out my new skills!
