    I recently bought two books from this store and I gotta say, I was super happy with how everything went down. I got updates constantly about when each book was gonna arrive, which was a nice touch. One of the books even had a different delivery date, but they kept me in the loop the whole time. To top it off, both books showed up earlier than expected, on the same day no less. And not only were they on time, but they were in perfect condition with hardly any damage. I was really impressed with how they handled my order - so efficient and careful.

    I had to return something to the Cultiver Flagship Store in Mosman, NSW. Even though I didn't end up buying anything this time, the customer service I got was top-notch. The staff was super nice, friendly, and respectful. I always love going to this store and talking to their amazing team.

    Face zits help

    I've been trying out these acne patches and they really do work! I always get those pesky under-the-skin pimples even though I take good care of my skin, but these have truly made a difference. It did take some time, like a month or so, but now my skin is looking much better. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share for others who might be struggling with the same problem. I know it may not work for everyone, but it's been a game-changer for me. I also gave the fade cream a shot, but it didn't really do much for me.

    Blue purse and wallet

    Oh my gosh, I just had the worst experience buying this blue purse and wallet online. I needed to change my shipping address, but they refused, even though my order hadn't shipped yet. It was so frustrating! They kept sending me emails about my stuff shipping to the wrong address, and I was so worried. After talking to them on their website, they finally agreed to reroute it, but man, what a hassle! I'm definitely not shopping with them again. Coach is way more reliable in comparison!

    I just ordered some allergy meds for my pet from an online pet store. The package never showed up, so I contacted EntirelyPets for help. Their response was pretty disappointing - they basically just told me to check with the local postal service. Like they could somehow find my missing meds! It's really concerning that they're not taking responsibility for this. How can they be a reliable pet supply provider if they can't even make sure important meds get where they're supposed to go?

    Dresser purchase

    Can you believe it? So I ordered this dresser from this company, thinking it would show up in 3-4 weeks. They charged my card right away, but never sent me any info on when it would be shipped. Trying to talk to a real person was impossible. Finally, I got a ship date estimate of 7 weeks, which came and went with no word. When I followed up, they pushed it back another 3 weeks. Starting to smell something bad here, I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they said it was already sent. Turns out, it hadn't even been picked up from the manufacturer. What a disaster! They're being sneaky, their service stinks, and the customer service is terrible. I had to step in and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    Quick delivery of non-damaged products

    I just bought something from this company and I got my stuff pretty quickly. The package came in good condition with no leaks or anything.     I recently bought something online and was so pumped to get it, but man was I let down by the company. The delivery took forever, and they didn't even try to drop it off at my place - they just left it somewhere far away. When I tried to get some help from customer service to get it redelivered, they were slow to respond and didn't really seem to care. Now, my order got sent back without me ever getting my hands on those shoes or my money back. It's been a rough month of waiting and feeling disappointed by this whole mess.

    I just ordered some supplements from this website, but I ran into some problems with getting my order processed. I waited for four whole days before I finally called up customer service to check on what's going on with my order. The lady who picked up told me it was still being processed, but she couldn't give me any reasons for the holdup. What's more, her attitude was pretty rude - she hung up on me before I could say much of anything. I was really let down and annoyed by the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior. It's frustrating being treated like that as a customer.

    Reiki diploma course

    The Reiki diploma course was really great, I learned a lot and it was super helpful. After finishing the course, I feel like I have a better grasp of Reiki and I feel more confident about using it on myself and others. Ever since I got my level 2 attunement, I've noticed a big improvement in the energy flow and strength during my Reiki sessions. This course has not only taught me how to treat myself but also how to do distance healing for others. I've made sure to get the right insurance before starting to offer treatments to others.

    Coffee tumblers purchase

    I ordered 4 coffee tumblers online and paid more for faster shipping to get them before Christmas. But they didn't come on time, even though customer service said they would. After lots of calls and delays, they finally showed up on Dec. 26th, after the holiday. When I contacted customer service again, they said they'd give me back the $10 for the expedited shipping, but I haven't gotten it yet. The whole thing was really disappointing and annoying. It seemed like they didn't care about keeping their word or fixing things.
