Wasted Money on Microtransactions
I messed up by falling for the microtransactions in this game, thinking it would help me level up quicker and beat other players. Turns out, it just ended up costing me a bunch of money for not much in return. The game is set up to make you want to spend more and more, targeting people who don't mind spending their money on stuff that isn't even real. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this cash grab and save yourself the frustration.
Huge game pack controversy
I've been playing this game for a long time, putting in years and money to level up my account and making it my favorite game. But things changed about a year ago when they released this huge pack, but only for a few players. This pack cost $4.99 and had items that could really boost a player's progress. It was tough to see new players who got this pack suddenly do better than older players like me who had worked hard and spent a lot to get where we were. It felt unfair and like we were let down by the game we used to love. We tried reaching out to the support team, but they always ignored us and didn't address the issue. It's frustrating to hear them say they have no control over the packs when they clearly made it and only gave it to a few players, leaving the rest of us out. The lack of honesty in handling this situation made me decide to leave a game that meant so much to me.
In-game purchases of shards
As someone who's bought a lot of in-game shards, I gotta admit that getting good champions from them is tough. It's annoying to drop cash on shards and end up with disappointing stuff. And trying to delete your account? Way more complicated than it needs to be. It shouldn't be this hard for players to switch things up. Honestly, I'd tell people to think twice about playing this game because of these problems.
In-app purchases, upgrades, gems
I've been playing this game for ages, putting in a ton of cash for upgrades and gems. But then, I took a little break and when I returned, poof! Everything was gone - all my ships and men vanished into thin air. When I reached out to customer support for some help, all they did was shrug me off. Totally not cool. It's just not right that they can swipe all my hard-earned stuff like that and not lend a hand to get it back. Feels like they're just chasing the money and couldn't care less about us players. They deserve to be shut down for scamming people like this.
In-game items
I just bought some in-game stuff for Raid Shadow Legends and gotta say, it really added to the fun of playing. The game is super engaging with lots of cool characters and challenges to keep you entertained. But then I ran into a bit of a problem and the support I got was seriously lacking. Dealing with the issue was pretty disappointing and frustrating when there wasn't a good solution. It's a bummer that the game doesn't offer better support for when things go wrong because it can really take away from the whole gaming experience.
In-game purchases in Mech Arena
My experience with Mech Arena was really disappointing. I thought it would be fun to buy some things in the game to make it better, and I even got a couple of friends to play with me. But after a few weeks, it was obvious that the game was all about paying to win. One of my friends, who hardly even played, was moving ahead way faster than me and my other friend, even though we were playing a lot more. I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but their answers didn't really help or fix anything. The whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend playing Mech Arena because of the terrible support, expensive stuff you can buy, and the unfair way you progress in the game.
In-game currency and character upgrades
The customer service for this game is just ridiculous, let me tell you. I needed to update my email address when I canceled my subscription, and it was a nightmare. I must have sent so many emails and didn't hear back once. And to make matters worse, there's this inactive account just sitting there doing nothing. Dealing with their lack of actual human support is so frustrating.
In-game resources
I'm really bummed out about the service on this platform. The game keeps crashing and I end up losing all the stuff I bought in it. That's a big problem that needs to be fixed right away because it's ruining the fun for players. It's not right for a company to basically take back things people paid for. The fact that this platform doesn't take responsibility and just cares about money is really disappointing and makes me not want to use it anymore.
In-app purchases, event, expensive champion
I'm a customer, and recently I bought something in the app for a game event. But wow, the cost of just one champion was crazy high! It felt like the company was trying to pressure players into spending way too much money in a game that's supposed to be free. It's really disappointing to see that kind of greed in the gaming world, especially when it targets loyal players who love the game.
I bought some stuff
I hate Plarium Play because I can't log out on my computer. It's annoying because then I can't switch between my phone and computer to play my account. I think Plarium is more focused on making money through gambling than actually creating fun games, yuck.
Recent skin purchase.
Hey, so I just got this awesome new skin for my favorite character in the game and I was really pumped to show it off to my friends. But you won't believe what happened! The skin glitched out and looked super weird in the game! I contacted customer service for help, and let me tell you, they were terrible! The agent basically blamed me for not knowing how to properly equip the skin, can you believe that? I've been playing this game for years, I know how to equip a skin! It was so embarrassing and infuriating to be treated like that. And to top it off, they didn't even offer to fix the problem or compensate me for the trouble. I was so upset that they didn't seem to care about their players at all. It feels like all they care about is making money off of us. It's totally unfair and really disappointing.
Frustrating gameplay experience
It seems like game developers just ignore all the racist stuff like gamer tags and chat that's going on, and reporting it is a pain. The way they try to get you to spend more money with constant nerfs and bad rewards feels kinda shady. And don't even get me started on how frustrating the matchmaking balance problems are. It's like they haven't even tried to make it better after all this time.
promo code disappointment
Dang, I was so pumped when I finally snagged a promo code for some sweet stuff in the game. But you know what? The code never came through, even after cracking open those sacred shards and dropping some cash. I hit up the support team and they were cool, but all they did was point fingers at someone else. So irritating! Spent a whole 10 days grinding away in the game for nada. Word to the wise, y'all - don't waste your time like I did. If they actually come through with that code like they said they would, this game would easily be 5 stars!
In-game advancements
I've been playing on this platform for a while now, but I've recently made the decision to leave because of their unfair economic practices. The moderators are showing a level of racism and intolerance that just isn't right. They reset people's progress in the game for weak reasons, basically robbing us of our time and money. I really wouldn't recommend downloading games from this company. There are better options out there that won't treat you unfairly because of where you're from.
High-quality graphics
I'm absolutely amazed by the graphics on this game. It's crazy how advanced technology is now compared to not long ago. The level of detail and realism in the visuals is really impressive. The character designs, environments, and special effects are all top-notch. It's like watching a movie happening right in front of you. I could easily spend hours just looking at the landscapes and animations in this game.
Overpriced microtransactions
This company is just so greedy, y'know? They're always trying to make a quick buck off players with their expensive microtransactions and boring gameplay. The games they put out are full of bugs, glitches, and those annoying pay-to-win features that just ruin everything. It's really disappointing to see them stoop to such low levels to make money, 'cause it really turns off their fans and makes people in the gaming world think less of them.
Gameplay experience
Man, I’ve been playing this game for a bit now and honestly, it’s a pretty cool way to unwind after a long day without having to drop any cash. However, if you’re new to it, you might not catch all the glitches that have popped up over time. It's frustrating, you know? Sometimes the game won’t start at all or it just keeps crashing on you. And when you try to get some help, it’s like they don’t even give a darn. So, yup, it’s a fun game, but it’s got its fair share of problems too.
Shady Microtransactions
I've been playing this game for a bit, and I gotta say, the microtransactions in this game are sketchy. I've dropped some cash on shards, but the rewards I get don't stack up to what other players are pulling, getting legendary champions left and right. Feels like a rip-off to me, so I'm done spending money on this game.
Exploitative game experience
So, my experience with the game wasn't great because I ran into some cheaters who were taking advantage of the system. They were making it tough for me to move forward without shelling out some cash. I hopped into a clan in this game called Vikings, and right away, I had this one player coming after me. They kept attacking me, taking my stuff, and then just moving on like nothing happened. It's so not cool and it ruins things for folks who are playing fair. It's just a matter of time before these cheaters mess things up for everyone.
Champion fusion frustration
The newest champion fusion for Gnut was just awful. It took way too many points to go after a specific champion, and then they conveniently had a summoning event right before it. It felt like they were trying to trick us into spending more money to finish the fusion. It's really frustrating to see that the developers care more about profit than their players. I've made up my mind that I'm not going to spend any more money on this game after dealing with that fusion.
