I've been playing this game for ages, putting in a ton of cash for upgrades and gems. But then, I took a little break and when I returned, poof! Everything was gone - all my ships and men vanished into thin air. When I reached out to customer support for some help, all they did was shrug me off. Totally not cool. It's just not right that they can swipe all my hard-earned stuff like that and not lend a hand to get it back. Feels like they're just chasing the money and couldn't care less about us players. They deserve to be shut down for scamming people like this.
