Lost my hat on train
I left my hat on the train from Rome to Florence and when I noticed it was missing, I asked the guard but she was no help at all. So, I went to the station to report it, and the Customer Services Officer there was just as useless. They said they couldn't do anything because I reported it the next day. It's crazy how little they seem to care about lost stuff! I bet they just pocket everything or sell it off. It's a total rip-off!

Just started Inside Tracker
I recently started using Inside Tracker and I just got my first blood test results back! The report they provided me with was incredibly detailed and they even set up a plan to help me address any areas that need improvement. I appreciate how they remind me to stay on track and offer me helpful tips. I'm a bit bummed that I can't use the Activity Tracker with my Samsung watch though. I'm excited to see how my next test results will look!

Order of damaged goods
I ordered some stuff and didn't get any confirmation, so I contacted customer service a bunch of times. Finally, after a few emails, they said sorry and told me that the items were messed up during shipping. They gave me a refund right away, but I wasn't happy with how they dealt with it. I'm not sure if the items were actually damaged or if they just made up the story because I kept bothering them. Either way, I'm not buying from them again.

The customer service at this store was amazing. I had a little problem with my order, but the person I talked to, Floreva, was super helpful and fixed it right away. She replied to my emails quickly and made sure I understood everything. I'm really grateful for the great customer service.

Book order
I just got some books from this store and they came super quick, which was awesome. The only bummer is that one of the books had a big fold in it when it arrived. Even though they were cool about sending me a new one, it was kinda annoying to get a damaged item in the first place.
