You all are fantastic! I've been shopping with you for a good bit, and I've always been blown away by the awesome pops I get from you. Not only have I scored some top-notch regular pops, but I've also been lucky enough to grab a few chases! It's so exciting to get a package from you and discover what's inside. Recent luxury skincare purchase
I recently went shopping at Neiman Marcus for a fancy skincare product and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the whole experience. They have a huge variety of products and the vibe in the store is like entering a magical world of special and exclusive stuff. One thing that really stood out during my trip was the amazing service from the Sales Associate who helped me out. They paid attention to every little detail and went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I wanted - and I really appreciated that. It's obvious that the folks at Neiman Marcus are all about giving their customers a great shopping experience. On top of that, they carry one of my favorite skincare brands with the biggest selection I've ever seen, which makes it super easy to get all my luxury skincare goodies in one place.

In-game advancements
I've been playing on this platform for a while now, but I've recently made the decision to leave because of their unfair economic practices. The moderators are showing a level of racism and intolerance that just isn't right. They reset people's progress in the game for weak reasons, basically robbing us of our time and money. I really wouldn't recommend downloading games from this company. There are better options out there that won't treat you unfairly because of where you're from.

Lost my hat on train
I left my hat on the train from Rome to Florence and when I noticed it was missing, I asked the guard but she was no help at all. So, I went to the station to report it, and the Customer Services Officer there was just as useless. They said they couldn't do anything because I reported it the next day. It's crazy how little they seem to care about lost stuff! I bet they just pocket everything or sell it off. It's a total rip-off!

Order of damaged goods
I ordered some stuff and didn't get any confirmation, so I contacted customer service a bunch of times. Finally, after a few emails, they said sorry and told me that the items were messed up during shipping. They gave me a refund right away, but I wasn't happy with how they dealt with it. I'm not sure if the items were actually damaged or if they just made up the story because I kept bothering them. Either way, I'm not buying from them again.

The customer service at this store was amazing. I had a little problem with my order, but the person I talked to, Floreva, was super helpful and fixed it right away. She replied to my emails quickly and made sure I understood everything. I'm really grateful for the great customer service.
