In-game purchases in Mech Arena
My experience with Mech Arena was really disappointing. I thought it would be fun to buy some things in the game to make it better, and I even got a couple of friends to play with me. But after a few weeks, it was obvious that the game was all about paying to win. One of my friends, who hardly even played, was moving ahead way faster than me and my other friend, even though we were playing a lot more. I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but their answers didn't really help or fix anything. The whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend playing Mech Arena because of the terrible support, expensive stuff you can buy, and the unfair way you progress in the game.

Order experience
I called customer support last Saturday night, and they made me wait on hold for 26 minutes. I couldn't even talk to anyone. Their website didn't say what time they're open. I kept hearing the same annoying music the whole time. I managed to find another number for the company, but they promised to call me back and never did. I still haven't gotten any help. It's weird for a company in the Northwest where Nike and Nordstrom are from. I really need to get my sectional and womb chair, so I hope they help me out soon.
