a last-minute reorder arrived correct and customer support answered a question right away. Delivery has been fine, once a day late because of the carrier, but that’s okay.
Auto-reorder got me suspicious
I almost canceled — needed contacts because my eyes were killing me and I'd been burned before. Auto-reorder showed a big price jump and I thought, uh-oh, scammers. Support said my first order had a one-time discount, okay. Product's fine and I'm relieved, but the price still stings, not great.
Loyalty Didn't Pay Off
I'd go elsewhere now — the whole thing felt sloppy. I got the wrong order, the box inside was beat up and dusty, and trying to reach someone useful was a joke. Email replies were canned and pointless. Sad because I've been a customer for years; other places used to help faster. The product itself worked okay, so it's not totally hopeless, but the experience needs a big fix.
Switched and pleasantly surprised
friendly nudge, clear pricing, and my lenses arrived quicker than expected with a tiny bonus sample. Simple, reliable, and I keep coming back, no fuss.
Fast, mostly smooth
comfy for an evening out, didn’t fumble with vision at all. Delivery was the real win — came on time even over a bank holiday. Packaging was a bit squashed and tracking was vague, but customer service replied quick. Happy.
Used to trust, not sure anymore
odd thing, it actually works pretty well, which surprised me. Customer support was cold and slow, emails felt copy-paste. My doubts weren’t fully erased.
Unexpectedly comfy
I almost didn't buy these because I was wary of colored prescription lenses — figured they'd feel gritty or blur my sight, and delivery over a bank holiday seemed risky. Tried them at a night party first time and, surprisingly, they were comfy right off the bat, no squinting, no drama. Color looked natural, fit stayed put. Delivery was actually on time. Tiny niggle with the case, but overall pretty pleased.
Late and messy, but lenses are okay
We ordered these because my daughter had a hospital appointment and needed lenses. They took nearly three weeks to show up — missed the appointment, which was annoying. When they finally arrived she tried them straight away; surprisingly comfy, thin and breathable, slid on without fuss and no irritation the first day. Packaging was battered and we had zero useful updates from support, so that part sucked. Glad the lenses themselves worked, but the whole delivery and communication needs work.
Relief in the end
I didn't expect much after reading the stock message — I was worried they'd ghost us like others have. Bought lenses for my daughter and was nervous since she had a hospital appointment. Communication was slow at first, I called twice and got promises, which felt empty. But to my surprise they actually chased the supplier, sent an update, and overnighted the lenses so she could make the appointment. Product fine, price fair. Still wish they'd emailed sooner, but my main doubts about the lenses themselves cleared up.
Snug fit, blurry right eye
Halfway through putting them in I actually grinned — they went in easy and felt snug, which was a nice surprise. But when I left the house my right eye went weirdly blurry, like walking with one lens taped over, so I couldn't really move around safely. I reached out to customer support and got a kind of dismissive reply, asking me to get an eye doctor's note — felt cheeky, since they sell these as safe. They also charged over £30 for two pairs and won't sell single lenses. If you're tempted, double check the prescription and maybe don't trust the fit.
Saved me from a mess
they showed up crazy fast, like next-day fast, and that mattered. Emails are chill — polite reminders, no spammy salesy stuff. Biggest plus: their customer service actually pays attention. Once I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription and they emailed me to double-check since it didn’t match my usual. That saved me a headache and money. Not perfect though — once a box arrived a bit squashed and the website can be a little clunky on mobile. They were calm and friendly on the call, no fuss. Still, I’ll keep ordering.
They've got my back with contacts
sign up for the reminders, they actually help. Would recommend.
Waiting for My Lens Like a Sequel
lens is fine, same as before, no drama there. The real problem was the delivery and the customer service replies — lots of excuses, vague updates. Slightly annoyed, and honestly a bit amused at how sloppy it got, but yeah, not great.
Rough fit, worse follow-up
the lenses burned my eye and customer service ghosted me, so I’m not thrilled. I wear contacts every day — commuting, staring at a screen for work, gym — so I rely on them. These arrived on time and looked normal, but as soon as I popped the right one in I got a sharp burning sensation that forced me to pry my eye open and take it out. My eye stayed irritated and my vision was kinda hazy for about three days, so I was too nervous to try the other lens. I emailed support once, then again when I heard nothing, and still no response. I get that random reactions happen, and the lens itself might be fine for someone else, but the lack of any help or even a reply is the real issue. I’d like to swap brands or at least get guidance, but right now I’m just worried I’m out over £100. Decent product potential, poor follow-through.
Unexpected sting and radio silence
I was halfway through my morning routine when I decided to try the new lenses. Popped the right one in and whoa — instant burning. It was bad enough that I had to hold my eyelid open to get it out. My eye stayed scratchy and my vision was fuzzy for a few days. I use contacts every day for work and reading, so this threw off my whole week. I’m not sure if it was the batch or just me being unlucky. I didn’t want to risk the left eye, so I emailed customer service right away. No reply. Sent a follow-up. Still nothing. The ordering process was easy and they showed the prescription info clearly, so that was fine. Packaging was neat, lenses looked OK in the case, but that doesn’t help when your eye reacts. I’d like a replacement or a refund, or at least the option to try a different brand. Feeling annoyed and a bit out a lot of money here.
A helpful call, messy delivery but it worked out
if you need contacts fast, double-check stock and ask for a tracking number right away. Overall relieved it worked out — thanks for fixing it, just streamline the delivery promises a bit.
Stick with them for fast, human service
I'm sticking with Lenstore. I've ordered from them for years because they deliver fast — which matters when you wake up and realize you're out of lenses and need them tomorrow. Apart from speed, what sold me was a small customer-service moment: I once mentioned casually that a few monthly lenses seemed damaged, no proof, old incident. They didn't argue, they sent three spare monthly lenses at no charge and apologized. That kind of simple fix matters. Lately my eyes have been a bit sore so I'm switching from monthly to dailies and trying another brand, but I'll still order through Lenstore because ordering is easy, prices reasonable and delivery reliable. I can't say if the soreness was product-related or just my own sensitive eyes — different manufacturers differ — so take that with a grain of salt. Overall professional, efficient, and human when needed. Small hiccups aside, I recommend them.
Relief at last
inspect each lens before swapping, just in case.
Polite on the phone, poor follow-through
polite staff over the phone, yes, but changing requests, slow replies, and a lot of wasted time. I needed these lenses for everyday use and to avoid straining my eyes during the move, so the whole back-and-forth was especially frustrating. The emotional side: annoyed and disappointed more than angry, since this could have been handled much more smoothly.
Faded pair, but glad I stuck with it
take photos right away and be persistent with follow-up. It helped me, and now I’m a relieved repeat customer.
