    This company is such a scam! They reel you in with a so-called free offer and then hit you with this crazy subscription that you can't even cancel since there's no way to get in touch with them. My mom got duped by their sneaky tricks, but luckily I caught it soon enough and called the bank to stop all transactions. Don't even think about getting involved with this sketchy business!

    Back pain relief products

    I bought some back pain relief stuff from this company, but when I got to the address they gave me, it wasn't there. The suite number they told me didn't even exist, it was just a big empty field. I tried calling their 800 number to figure out what was going on, but they hung up on me two times. Seems like their customer service isn't very upfront. I've decided to send back all the stuff I bought, unopened and with the packaging, cause I don't trust how they do business.

    Difficult product cancellation

    I bought this thing thinking it could help with my back pain, but it didn't do anything. I'm getting up there in age and living on a fixed income, so I really need to cancel my subscription. It's just frustrating because every time I try to call the numbers they gave me, it's either busy or not working. On top of that, I got some random package in the mail that I definitely didn't ask for and I don't want to be stuck paying for it. It's a whole ordeal and all I want is to cancel this thing once and for all!

    Pain relief product purchase

    I bought this pain relief product from the company, but it's been a bummer. I ordered it on December 28th, got a confirmation, but still no product. I've gone to the post office multiple times to look for it, but no luck. Also, I didn't realize I was signing up for a subscription when I bought it, and ended up with $75 deducted from my bank account. I'm really disappointed in how this company has handled things - no transparency or good communication.

    My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I never meant to subscribe, but somehow got stuck with a monthly charge for a product I can't even use because of my health. I've tried everything to cancel - calling, emailing, even getting my bank involved - but I keep getting ignored or brushed off.     Oh my gosh, I can't believe what happened with my parents and that company. They bought the Heal and Soothe tablets thinking it was a one-time purchase, but they ended up receiving more bottles on a regular basis, even after trying to cancel the subscription. It's really frustrating and unfair. We're going to try to get our money back because it just doesn't seem right.

    Aggressive marketing tactics

    Man, let me tell you about this company. They sure know how to hook you in with their pushy sales pitches, but when it comes to reaching out for help after you've bought something? Good luck with that! The product didn't come with any paperwork, so now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to stop getting more shipments. It's beyond irritating not getting clear info or decent customer service after all their ads. And then Dave saying he doesn't know how to contact customers just makes it even worse.

    Free bottle order

    I was actually excited about getting a free bottle at first, but then I got annoyed because I didn't know signing up meant I'd have to deal with a subscription. It was a pain trying to cancel it, took me a few tries to finally get through. And even after I canceled, I still got another bottle that I have to send back and hope to get my money back. And on top of all that, the product didn't even do the job for me. This whole thing has been a mess and I feel like I wasted both my time and money.
