Drainage repair service
I had the worst experience with a drainage repair service recently. They kept sending unskilled technicians from a specific company, even though I specifically asked for someone else. The first technician they sent said there was a covered drain causing the smell in my house, but ended up making things worse. Not only did he leave a mess, but he also charged me a ridiculous amount to fix my shower, which didn't even fix the problem. Every time I requested a different company, they sent the same one, and the issue persisted. The lack of communication between the company and the technicians was terrible. HomeServe's customer service was disappointing too, they didn't seem to care about my concerns. Overall, it was a complete disaster.

Portable refrigerator purchase
I just bought a portable refrigerator from this company, and man, I gotta tell you, I am seriously bummed out with how it's holding up. The thing conked out on me after only a couple of uses, and when I tried to get some help from customer service, all I got was subpar service. I was really hoping for better from a company that says they're top dogs in the business.

TEFL course purchase
I wasn't sure about getting a TEFL course at first, but I saw all these great reviews online so I thought, why not? And I'm really glad I did. Premier Tefl's customer service was amazing. They got back to me super fast and gave me really helpful answers. Sandra Lane was especially awesome. She made sure I had everything I needed for my certification and even fixed a technical problem for me. It's hard to find customer service this good nowadays.

Effective 12-year old dog hemp oil
The hemp oil we've been giving our 12-year-old pup has made a huge difference. She's moving around more, seems less stressed, and overall just seems happier. It was a nice surprise to hear from the owner after I left a review. They also reminded me to check my auto-ship before they sent out the next bottle. Not a lot of places have that kind of customer service anymore, so I really appreciate it.

A few years back, I put my site on HostMetro. Right off the bat, I ran into some downtime and admin panel glitches. I tried reaching out to their customer support, but no luck in fixing the issues. It seemed like there were some issues deep down with the host - maybe something to do with PHP versions or vBulletin forum compatibility. In the end, I had to make the switch to another host where my forum ran smoothly without a hitch. So, I had to cancel my plan with HostMetro.

Stainless steel water bottle
I bought a stainless steel water bottle recently and sadly, it hasn't been a good experience. I used it a few times and noticed there was a hole at the bottom that messed up the seal between the layers. This caused mold and rust to grow inside, making the bottle unusable. Even though it was under warranty, the company just kept giving me a new bottle that was also messed up, leading to multiple replacements and long waits each time. Their customer service wasn't great either, with long wait times and no real effort to give me a refund or a working bottle. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with both the product and the service I received.

Good luck with that! The product didn't come with any paperwork, so now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to stop getting more shipments. It's beyond irritating not getting clear info or decent customer service after all their ads. And then Dave saying he doesn't know how to contact customers just makes it even worse.
