I really love Videvo! It's got all the awesome video downloads that I use for my YouTube channel. The only thing is, I wish they had a way for me to request specific videos that I'm having trouble finding. But other than that, it's super awesome!
Great sounds, favorable conditions
I just wanted to say that I had a really good experience with the sounds and conditions that were offered. Sometimes it was a little tough for me to figure out which service to choose, but overall I appreciate everything and would definitely think about working with you again in the future.

I was so freaked out when I got hit with a copyright claim on my YouTube video for using a music clip I found. But then I reached out for help and Simon was awesome. He contacted the audio source and in just a few days the claim was gone! They were super clear and helpful in their communication. Copyright is serious business, but I'm glad they sorted it out fast.

Cancelled subscription, still being charged
I canceled my subscription five months ago, or at least I thought I did! Turns out, they've been charging me every single month since then. I was so shocked by how sneaky that was! Just recently, I tried canceling it again, but wouldn't you know it, I got an error message saying to contact support. How frustrating! I had to go ahead and cancel my card and contact support all on my own. It's been two days now and I still haven't heard back from them. On top of all this, they even tried charging my card two more times today! What a complete mess this all turned out to be!

I just bought some video clips from Videvo for my website, Prep4School.com, to make some cool montages. They had a great selection and I found top-notch clips that matched my themes perfectly. Subscription payment method change
I've been subscribing to this service for a while now and I was pretty bummed when they suddenly asked me to switch from using PayPal to paying with a credit card. This switch happened right after the company got bought out by a new owner, so I can't help but think they're trying to get more info about me for their marketing. I really care about my privacy, so I don't feel great about having to give out my credit card details every time I sign up for something. That's why I've decided to find another platform for watching videos, even if it means I have to pay more.
Sound effects, music, and videos
I think the selection of sound effects, music, and videos they offer is really awesome. But, I have to say, their subscription service is pretty tricky. If you want to switch to a cheaper plan, they basically make you cancel your current one, which means you lose all the download credits you've earned with the premium subscription. Then, when you switch to the lite plan, you only get 5 downloads a month instead of the 50 you used to get. It feels like a sneaky move that doesn't appreciate loyalty.
Video services
I've been using the video services on this site for a while now and I have to say, my experience has been pretty good. The only problem I had was with my account, but when I contacted the staff, they responded quickly and helped me out. They explained things well and even helped me with some issues on my YouTube account. Overall, I thought the staff was really responsive and effective in solving any problems I had.

The platform gives people who can't travel the world a chance to get top-notch clips for their projects. But the ads for other stock footage sites can be kind of annoying.
Video editing software subscription
The software is awesome and has all the features I need for my projects. But man, the customer service was not the greatest. It took forever for my order to go through, and I had to bug them several times to get any updates. The pricing was okay, but the delivery should have been quicker.
