I have been a client of ArtsCow for several years now and I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their products and their customer service.
I have ordered a variety of items from ArtsCow, including photo albums, phone cases, and personalized mugs. The quality of the items has always been excellent and the printing has been precise and vibrant. They offer a wide variety of designs and customization options to choose from, making it easy to find something that fits my personal style.
Their customer service team has also been a pleasure to work with. They have always been prompt in answering my questions and resolving any issues I've had. I appreciate the effort they take to ensure that my orders are correct and that I am satisfied with my purchase.

I recently bought some stuff from this cool online shop that does all-over prints, and I gotta say, they had some really awesome and unique options to choose from. The prices were good and the quality of the stuff I got was even better than I expected. Just a heads up - shipping can take a bit because they make each item when you order it and ship it from overseas. Knowing that helps so you're not bummed out about it. Oh, and make sure you give them high-quality pics for your custom items so they turn out great. I've been a customer for a while now, and overall it's been positive. Any issues I've had were taken care of quickly by their customer service team. Despite a few bumps in the road, I'm happy with what I've bought and will definitely keep shopping with them.
Customized photo products
I've been a customer of this company for a long time, and I gotta say, their service has always been on point. For the past eight years, I've ordered tons of customized photo products, and any problems that popped up were taken care of quickly and to my liking. I've seen some negative reviews from folks who maybe weren't quite sure how to use the photo editing tools provided by the company. In my experience, if you use good quality photos and put in the effort to make a great layout, the final products turn out just how you want them. Overall, I've been happy with the products I've gotten from this company.
Custom designed dress
I had a really good experience with customer service when I messed up my orders. The customer care agent, Cecilia, was super helpful and patient. She walked me through the process and made sure I got the right stuff. When I got my custom designed dress, I was blown away by the quality. I'm an artist, so I make my own designs based on my paintings in Photoshop, and the dress turned out amazing. The colors were so vivid and the details were perfect. Custom mouse-pad purchase
My custom mouse pad from this place is awesome! I've had it for over a year and it still looks brand new. The colors are so bright and haven't faded. And get this, I had it shipped halfway across the world for only 5 bucks! I totally recommend this place for their great prices and top-notch products.
100 face masks
I picked up a hundred face masks recently and it went pretty smoothly. I placed the order about a month ago, and everything went fine. I reached out to customer service via email and the masks were delivered shortly after that. When I first saw the masks, I was a bit unsure because they looked different than what I'm used to, but they seemed legit. They were a bit loose on my face, but they worked well. I gave them a try and they seemed like good quality. The nose piece isn't flimsy, which is great.
Clothing purchases
I've bought some clothes from this place and let me tell you, the quality is really good. I was pleasantly surprised that what I received looked just like the photos online. The prices aren't the greatest, but if you sign up for their emails, you can get some really good deals with free shipping. They do charge more for larger sizes, which I think is kinda shady, to be honest. But overall, when they have a sale, it's not too bad. Customer service is just okay, but I haven't had to deal with them much, so it's whatever. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff.

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The products were exactly what they said they would be, and the discounts were a pleasant surprise. I really like how they have special deals every now and then, it helps me save some cash. The only thing that bugs me is that I can't track my package once it's been sent out. It makes it tough to know when my stuff will arrive so I can be ready for it.
Customized products
I got a good amount of credits when I signed up, so I decided to order a few custom products. Most of the items were good quality, but the printing on the jewelry bag was a little off. But hey, it was a free credit item so I can't be too mad. The material of the other stuff I bought was really nice and I was pretty happy with everything. Plus, the delivery was fast too.
Face masks purchase
I recently bought some face masks from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. I ordered these masks for my family, especially for my mom who really needed them fast, so I paid for expedited shipping. But guess what? The masks took way longer to arrive than they were supposed to, causing a major hassle. And then, on top of all that, my mom got hit with a duty/tax bill from the shipping company, throwing in some extra costs that we weren't expecting. It felt shady and unprofessional how they didn't tell us about where the products were coming from and these surprise charges. Plus, the quality of the masks was awful - I'm pretty sure they were fake. All in all, my whole experience with this company was a total bummer and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Custom apparel purchase
While the customer service at ArtsCow wasn't great, my overall experience with my custom apparel purchase was okay. I asked about templates for artwork, but they said they didn't have any which was a bummer since I created my design from scratch and was hoping for some help. When I asked about the delivery time for an event, they gave me a vague answer saying four weeks should be enough, but anything could happen. This uncertainty about delivery stressed me out.<br><br>b>Despite these issues, the quality of the garment was really good. The seams, colors, and artwork were well done. The final product was better than I expected and showed the skill and detail of the people who made it. However, the preview options provided by ArtsCow were inaccurate which made me anxious about the final product.<br><br>ArtsCow's misleading address saying they're in Texas but actually in China was concerning and made me question the brand. This lack of transparency took away from the overall experience and made me doubt the company's reliability. Even though the product was good, ArtsCow's communication and transparency need improvement.
Personalized items from an online store
I'm so torn about this website. I mean, I love that I can personalize all kinds of stuff like watches, purses, bags, and coin purses. Every time I've placed an order, the final product looks just like what I designed, and the colors are so vivid and beautiful. But man, the wait time for my orders is unreal! If you're in a hurry, definitely don't buy from here because it seriously takes forever to get your package. And the idea of dealing with returns and international shipping gives me a headache, so I'd likely avoid that whole ordeal.
