Reliable web hosting company
Hostmetro is a good hosting company with their wide range of services across different plans. Their prices are not so much cheap or affordable but still value for money especially if you compare them to their competitors.
I didn;t about them, I was going for the know hosting brands like hostgator a2hosting etc but a friend who has been a blogger for years suggested me this hosting provider.
He mentioned how they offered good uptime, really good customer service, email support, chat support, and good phone support as well. All of them really come handy if you running a website.

A few years back, I put my site on HostMetro. Right off the bat, I ran into some downtime and admin panel glitches. I tried reaching out to their customer support, but no luck in fixing the issues. It seemed like there were some issues deep down with the host - maybe something to do with PHP versions or vBulletin forum compatibility. In the end, I had to make the switch to another host where my forum ran smoothly without a hitch. So, I had to cancel my plan with HostMetro.
Warning about terrible hosting
HostMetro is absolutely terrible! They're incredibly rude and unhelpful. They're always lying about server uptime, deleting files without even asking, and constantly locking me out of my account. And to top it off, they never respond to emails or try to work with me. They're just the worst.
Website and Email Hosting
Oh my gosh, I just can't deal with HostMetro! Their servers keep going down all the time and it's just so frustrating. My website literally disappeared from the internet and I couldn't even send or get any emails for weeks. It's just not right that they cram their servers to cut costs. And the only thing they offer as compensation is more months of terrible service. Ugh, it's just really annoying!
Poor Customer Service Experience
Stay away from Host Metro no matter what! Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I've been trying to cancel my service for a while now, but they just keep ignoring me and even took money from my account after I tried to cancel. The emails I got back from them were so unprofessional and it's clear they don't care at all about a customer who's been with them for 3 years. Save yourself the trouble and don't use this company if you're looking for a good website service.
Horrible hosting experience
This company is a total joke. Their service is super unreliable, always experiencing downtime and performing poorly. They claim to guarantee 99% uptime but they can't even come close to delivering on that. Don't bother wasting your time or money with this Mickey Mouse operation. And as if that wasn't enough, they just happened to have a so-called "server failure" that magically wiped out all of my sites and backups. And what a shocker, they wouldn't own up to their mistakes. Avoid the headache and look for a hosting provider that actually knows what they're doing.
