    Sweater purchase

    I just can't wrap my head around why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars all around. My personal experience with them was just amazing. Sure, they might not always get back to you right away, but their customer service is top-notch and they always go the extra mile to fix any problems. One time, they accidentally sent me the wrong sweater, and instead of just exchanging it, they let me keep the wrong one and sent me the right one without a second thought. That kind of care and generosity is hard to find. The quality of their clothes is just outstanding, from the materials to the fit and finish. The embroidery is so fancy and really makes the clothes feel luxurious. I've never found any issues with their products, which shows how much they pay attention to the little things and strive for excellence. All in all, this brand and company are truly exceptional in every way.

    This employee is one if the best my wife and I have ever seen in retail. LANI as well as the great quality products you make are the reason we shop at this new store location! Despite the COVID restraints for us all this individual makes us want to drive to your Bellevue WA location vs online for the experience and to see the fun quality products!

    We ended up buying over $700 on one trip alone because of LANI and the great support and product knowledge she carried.

    Recent purchases at two different locations

    I went shopping at both the Vancouver and Honolulu stores recently and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The staff at both places knew their stuff, were super helpful, and really friendly. I wasn't sure about the brand's style at first, but after buying a hat, beanie, and t-shirt in Vancouver and trying them on, I was really impressed with how comfy and good quality they were. My purchases in Honolulu just confirmed that this brand is the real deal. Only downside is that the clothes need to be air-dried, which is kind of a pain. The biggest problem I ran into was when I tried to order stuff online - the shipping costs to Hawaii were crazy high. It's a bummer because it makes it hard to get items that aren't in stores, you know?

    Gift voucher issue

    I used to be a loyal customer of this company and have spent a lot of money on their products. But recently, I had a bad experience trying to use a gift voucher. I tried to redeem it, but it kept getting denied. When I reached out to customer service for help, they said the company had changed systems and couldn't honor the voucher, even though it had only been 6 months since I got it and I have proof of our previous discussions about it. So, I lost over $300. Even though they admitted their mistake, customer service wouldn't fix it. The level of service and care has really gone downhill. I'd advise other customers to watch out for these problems before buying from this company.

    I just had the worst experience with this company. I've been a loyal customer for years and have earned over 900 points on my account, plus got a $100 gift card. But now, I'm living in Canada and they don't ship here anymore. They won't transfer my rewards or give me any help. It's been a total nightmare and I'm so mad about their terrible customer service and lack of support. I suggest shopping somewhere else.

    Polos for Father's Day

    My dealings with this company have been a total nightmare. My wife got a couple of polos for Father's Day, but they ended up sending the wrong stuff. We tried emailing them multiple times to fix the mix-up, but we haven't heard back from their customer service team at all. On top of that, they gave us a return label for items we didn't even get in the first place. Dealing with this company has been super frustrating and disappointing, I'd recommend other folks to go somewhere else for their shopping needs.

    Clothing sizing and customer service

    The customer service at this store in the Galleria Mall is just awful. The manager and two other employees were so rude and not helpful at all. I was just trying to exchange or return a size in the store, and they said their clothes weren't even the right size. Some mediums were too big, while others were too tight or too long. It was so frustrating and I left feeling really dissatisfied.

    I just bought this awesome dress shirt that I was super pumped about. But then, I got an email saying that it was out of stock and my order got canceled. I was pretty bummed out and annoyed, especially because it was still up on the website. I'm over here in the UK and I've never had this kind of mix-up and hassle when shopping online.

    Black graphic t-shirt

    The t-shirt I got was awesome! The design was so cool and it fit me perfectly. But man, let me tell you, the shipping was just terrible. It took a whole four weeks for my order to go from the US to a sorting center in Canada. I placed my order on November 5th and now, as of December 2nd, it's only just made it to a processing center in AB. I gotta say, I love their stuff, but that shipping experience was so bad that I won't be buying anything from them online again.

    Hidden fees at checkout

    Watch out for that "free shipping" scam at checkout. They nickel and dime you with extra fees when you go to pay, and the customer service folks are no help at all. It's a total rip-off, so be careful!

    Multiple orders with items not in stock

    I've had a few times where I tried to buy stuff online, thinking it was in stock, only to find out later it wasn't available. I was really annoyed because the website said they had my size, but then they told me it was out of stock after I bought it. It took forever to get my money back, and it was irritating to have my card charged without knowing for sure if I could actually get the items. The clothes are nice, but it's hard to trust their order system when they can't keep track of what's in stock.

    Shorts on sale

    I bought some shorts on sale from your site not too long ago. But it turns out, they were out of stock and I got offered a replacement instead. What I ended up getting was a used polo shirt with some obvious stains and deodorant marks on it. When I went to customer service to switch it out, they straight-up accused me of causing the stains myself which really rubbed me the wrong way. I tried telling them that accidents happen, but they weren't too helpful and kinda had an attitude. Instead of fixing things, all they did was send me a basic guide on how to wash clothes. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing in terms of customer service.

    I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. I ordered almost a month ago and still haven't gotten my stuff. They told me the carrier lost my package after making me wait for weeks, and offered a refund. It's always risky buying from them, never sure if you'll actually get what you paid for. I even tried using a discount code they'd given me before for order problems, and they still screwed up this one. It's just ridiculous.

    Four t-shirts

    I bought four t-shirts from this company back on February 21st. Unfortunately, only two of them were actually sent out for delivery, and they ended up getting lost somewhere along the way. It took a bunch of emails back and forth before they finally owned up to their mistake, and then they still dragged their feet for six whole weeks before doing anything about it. Even now, after they sent out one of the missing shirts last week, the tracking number they gave me doesn't even seem to be working. At this point, I might have to think about disputing the charge with my credit card company.
