Troublesome TomTom upgrade
I tried to upgrade my navigation system recently and it's been a total nightmare. The company's software and support are seriously lacking. No matter how many times I've tried, I just can't get the upgrade to work. Now I'm stuck with this pricey device that I can't even use. I wouldn't recommend this brand if you want something that works well and is easy to use.

My lost order
My order got lost by the delivery company and it was a total nightmare trying to get help. I spent two weeks bouncing between the retailer and the delivery company, only to be told it was my problem and they couldn't do anything. Thankfully, my credit card company came through and I was able to stop the payment. Overall, dealing with both companies was a disappointment.
