Prom dress order
I've had a really bad experience with this company. My wife ordered a prom dress for our daughter, but when we got it, it was nothing like what we saw online. It looked cheap and totally different. When we contacted customer service, they told us to send it back on our own dime to get a refund. We did what they asked, but we still haven't gotten our money back. They're ignoring our emails, and even PayPal ruled in their favor. I think this company is a total scam, and I'm really mad about how they're treating us. I'm thinking about taking legal action to get our money back.

Boy shorts too small
I thought those boy shorts would be really cool but they ended up being way too small. I only tried on one pair before realizing they were too tight. And then I found out I couldn't even return them! On top of that, there was this bulky seam down the middle that I didn't like at all. I should have just stuck with buying one instead of getting a deal on more. Oh well, you live and you learn, right?

Fendi jeans
I bought some jeans from that store and man, was I disappointed. The first pair I got was way too small, so I returned them in perfect condition. I also bought a bigger size to make sure they fit. But then they rejected the return for the first pair because apparently, they were missing some tags and loops. When I got the jeans back, all the tags were gone. I can't believe a fancy store like that would make such a mistake.
