Fendi jeans
I bought some jeans from that store and man, was I disappointed. The first pair I got was way too small, so I returned them in perfect condition. I also bought a bigger size to make sure they fit. But then they rejected the return for the first pair because apparently, they were missing some tags and loops. When I got the jeans back, all the tags were gone. I can't believe a fancy store like that would make such a mistake.

Cropped pants too big
I recently bought a pair of cropped pants from this company thinking they would fit based on their size chart. But when they arrived, they were way too big. I sent them back for a smaller size, but I was bummed that I had to pay for shipping both ways, and they only had an expensive shipping option. It felt like forever waiting for a refund, and when I finally called customer service, they said they hadn't even gotten my return for a whole month. And on top of that, they said it would take 6 weeks to process the refund once they got it. When I finally got my money back, I was underwhelmed with the pants. The fabric seemed cheap and the fit was off, especially at the mid-calf hem which was too tight.

Tight shoes, charged for return shipping
I bought some shoes online and when they showed up, they were crazy tight! I couldn't even squeeze my whole foot in there. And get this - I had to pay for the return shipping! That's not cool at all. I tried ordering a half size up but it still didn't do the trick. I was so disappointed about that. I won't be shopping on that site again, that's for sure.
