we've had late tees before from other places, and I didn't love the idea of trusting a deadline. The guarantee made me feel better, so I went for it. Then the rep tells me, pretty casually, that the ship date has been pushed back two weeks and they couldn't expedite it. No call, no heads-up, nothing. I broke down — yeah, tears — because it felt like all the planning just evaporated. They said they'd send it the same day after I complained, but that didn't happen either. Eventually they did agree to refund me the next day, which I appreciate, but at that point I was scrambling. A small Los Angeles printer, Rapid Silk Screen Printing, actually stepped in and rushed a new order so I could pick it up three days later. I'm genuinely thankful to that shop for saving the surprise. So my doubts before buying were justified, but thankfully not the end of the story — refund plus a reliable local vendor fixed it, even if my faith in their promises did take a hit.
Small order, big letdown
I didn’t get a ship notice until the 5th. Okay, annoying, but the email said delivery by the 7th so I breathed a little. Then I checked UPS and it said late night on the 9th, and later UPS told me the order was sent ground, not overnight. So yeah, not what I paid for. I called customer service hoping for a quick fix or at least a refund for the shipping upgrade. The rep — nice enough but stuck to a script — said they only print labels and sometimes packages sit for days before going out. Refused to check other options, refused to refund the overnight charge, and wouldn’t acknowledge the dates their emails promised. We had an event, I needed shirts on time, and now I’m scrambling because they didn’t deliver. There’s a tiny bit of amusement in the whole “we printed a label” defense — it’s almost creative — but mostly it’s frustrating. If you’re buying last-minute stuff, don’t rely on the “24 hours” line here. Would’ve liked a little more help or at least an honest explanation instead of shrugging and “that’s how it works.”
Vegas shirts — don’t risk it

But the whole ordering and delivery experience was a mess. Right after ordering I got a note about an artwork problem, which is fair, but after a short call the reps had multiple fixed versions of my design within minutes. Easy, right? Wrong. Then the timeline slipped. They told me the new arrival date would be too late, so I asked to have the shipment sent directly to Vegas. Instead of helping, they told me to cancel and re-order, which would have reset everything and delayed me even more. Eventually they said they’d create the label and call UPS to change the destination — a workaround, not a solution.
After that came a string of emails: production delay, shipping confirmation to the original address, then a tracking link that oddly showed Vegas but with an arrival date five days after my event. I ended up not having the shirts when I needed them; the product quality didn’t make up for the stress and last-minute scrambling. Emotionally, it’s frustrating because the items themselves were usable and I liked how they felt, but the process made me late and cost me opportunities at the event. If you need something time-sensitive, don’t assume this company will handle it smoothly. If timing isn’t a factor and you only care about the shirt feel, you might get away with them. I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered twelve shirts with a certain graphic placement, but when they came, the graphic was printed 3 inches lower than I asked for on their website. I ordered some custom t-shirts not too long ago, but they never showed up in my mailbox. I'm pretty upset because they cost me over $300. I'm still waiting on getting my money back, but it hasn't happened yet. On top of that, when I finally did get two shirts, the colors were all wrong - faded purple instead of black like I wanted - and the ink was worn out. The custom t-shirt I got was top-notch, and the print came out just how I wanted. But I gotta say, there was some confusion about the pricing when I was placing my order. The shirt I got custom made cost me a pretty penny, but honestly, I wasn't too impressed with the quality. I recently got this really cool t-shirt order, but some of them have ink that's not consistent. It's weird because one side has a super bold design, but the other side is barely visible. So, I was thinking about ordering some really cool shirts online because, you know, why not? When they showed up, it was quicker than I expected which was awesome. The shirts were great quality, super soft and comfy. The material was top-notch too. Overall, I was really happy with my order.

I just got some custom shirts for my church group from this company, and let me tell you, the shirts are top-notch. The design turned out exactly how we wanted it, and everyone in our church group loved it. The only downside was the rush shipping service. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but I didn't get the entire order when they said I would. Still waiting on the rest of the order to come in.
Crazy long wait for my shirts, still damaged!
I ordered my shirts and oh man, it took so long for them to come! I was like, why is it taking forever? And when they finally showed up, some of them were all messed up! I've been trying to get it sorted out or get a refund, but it's been like a whole month and they're moving so slow. It's just not right, you know?
