I just wanted to share my experience with my recent purchase of custom curtains on your website. Ordering was a breeze and I loved all the different options I could customize. But, after the delivery date came and went with no updates on my order, I started to get worried. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, but never heard back. Even tried the online chat, but it was never up when I needed help. I think as a customer, good communication and keeping me in the loop on my order status is super important. Just wanted to share my feedback!

Gave them 3 months to get me a map, asked for updates. Just the Generic "covid slowed us, we will mark this expedited" Another month goes, same update. Then no responses until I request a refund. Then you will get a non scripted response right away. Ended up going ordering one 1/5 of the price off amazon and got it next day. Call it what you want, maps.com should be able to get me a map within 3 months.

Custom print workout shirt
Logo print color scheme was blue, green, black, white. Simple. Not that complex. When my order arrived, the logo prints were faded in color. Visible cracks in the white text, and the colored images. The front logo had a snag in the printing, like the shirt was pulled during the print process. Art department said that is the best they can do with the color scheme. That the shirt came out as expected. Then I washed the shirt and the ink started peeling off!!! Terrible quality. Beyond terrible.

Don't buy from MinisForum! I bought an X400, and the headphone ports were setup so that standard headphone plugs will not fit in them. Support is painfully slow if present at all--sometimes messages are ignored. Driver updates are at a free upload site they use, that tries to install malware on your computer (by telling you falsely that you have viruses and need to click to install their fake anti-virus to clean them).
I tried returning the item within the first week, and they kept ignoring my requests for weeks, always asking for more information. Finally they said I'd need to pay for return shipping to Hong Kong (~$150) plus a 2% return fee, even though that wasn't their published return policy! Avoid this company!Review about: Crazy Factory

Been a customer of Crazy Factory since I'm like 16 I have always had a good experience. Never received the wrong size or color. I recommend the shop to all my friends and afaik they're all happy with their purchase. Other shops are much more expensive, but the quality is the same.

It took 66 days from initial order to actual delivery. My Heartgard order was shipped from Germany. Maybe Worldpetexpress should consider dropping the word "express" from their name. I was pleased with the product once it finally arrived and the the people at customer service were always courteous. No tracking number is provided on your purchase so you must rely on the Worldpetexpress toll-free phone line for updates on shipment status. If you use this company, you should expect a 2 1/2 month wait for your pets meds to arrive so order well in advance.

BUYER BEWARE! This was the worst online experience I've ever had. I ordered 3 bottles for a holiday gift back in early December, it's currently Jan 22, 2021. Not only has the order not shipped but they separated the order. Two bottles in one package, one in another.
Customer service has been the same. Empty promises, no refund, no shipping updates, no order. Stay away from this company at all costs!I am having the same issue right now. No phone number to call unresponsive to multiple emails. Very frustrating.

This was supposed to be a Xmas present and was purchased on Dec 5th. One month later no product and no reply to emails or queries.
Very disappointed . Track Order still says Order received and my card was also charged. Order #171-495148. I purchased from them seeing all the positive reviews.We are on a same boat. Same product Head Turner Trio. I ordered for Christmas present and purchased from seeing all positive reviews too which now I am doubting if they are even real customers. Ordered last Nov 30, 2020. Card was charged right away but the product remains a mystery. Order #171-494014.

Ordered April 30th from a link on Brads Deals. After my email inquiry three weeks later (site did say shipping could be delayed due to COVID19) was told they would be shipped soon as their employees just came back to work. Days later received an email stating my items shipped on May 26th and that a tracking number would be arriving soon in another email. Never received a tracking number and still have not received the items as of 6/19/2020. They are also no longer responding to my emails. Will be contacting my credit card company to open a case to get my money back.

I received a damaged and defective product from Buddha Groove in NJ...once returned back, they stated that I had sent it back to them damaged and wanted me to file a claim with Federal Express. This is not an honest company and will never do business with them again.

I bought a shirt from here and its so cool. Not just the print is good in quality but the quality of the shirt is really amazing.
I dunno why i never tried this before but i am going to more stuff more.
The rate is not that expensive but again it can be little bit extra.

Seems like they either over extended themselves, or it's a scam company. They don't answer emails or texts, so...
I placed an ordered on 2/9/20, since then I've written several emails with no response. I cannot get an answer from customer service. When I ordered on 2/9/20 it said 2-5 days delivery. At this point I just want my money back.
I ordered on 2/5/2020 and got a confirmation that it was received but i haven't received anything else from them. I sent multiple emails in response to the confirmation but also no reply from this Company.
I ordered on 3/24/20 and received a confirmation. On 3/29/20 I received an email stating to add another 72 hours to my delivery due to protecting their employees .I called to cancel my order but no answer to phones calls or Emails.
Waited on their chat line for over 40 min. started at #26 in line. Finally got on with Shakira who said she would check into my order status as I never received a tracking number.. Got cut off and bounced back down to # 40 on the list! Still don't know the status of my order. Wish I would have check here before I placed my order.
I ordered the beginning of Feburary. I asked countless times for an answer as to where my items are and no response. Up until last night 3-30-20 I got a response only because I threatened to take them to court if they dont respond or give me my money back. They sure didnt hesitate to semd it right away. Put an order in 3/34/20, after no returned emails, waited over 90 mins to speak with a csr who still didnt have a tracking number. Company is a fraud. It's now 4-3-20 and still no tracking number.
This company looks like another scam. I purchased an order back in early February and received a
conformation number only to be followed by an email. The email said my order was on back ordered. I tried contacting them but no answer. Ordered on 3/22 and received my items two weeks later. I was getting a bit worried as I've already been scammed once recently and took about 9 days after purchase to get my email that the order was shipped. I placed my order on 4/18/2020 and have only received my order confirmation. I swear they took my money before I even hit "Submit Order". All I can say is I'm so glad I had an 80% off coupon! By the sound of it, if I do ever receive my order, I will not be getting the face shields that I ordered. I'm hoping to get them sooner than later for the fact that I am immunocompromised, but I'm definitely not very hopeful after reading all of these reviews. With that being said, as long as I get my order the hubby and I can still use them when we ride the bike. If I don't, they can bet their sweet asses I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

I really wished I would have checked into this company before ordering. I spent 45 dollars and paid 25 dollars for priority shipping only to figure out this place is a scam, I would have never ordered from them had it not said "VET OWNED"..... Off to the bank I go then to BBB, good luck with your company after all these people send in complaints.
Orderd a couple of 5 packs so we can share. Everyone wanted a couple of the blackout American flags. Anyways got 15 all black. This was supposed to be split between 5 people for 2 blackouts and 1 black. They shipped 15 solid black which reading these reviews seems to be the normal for them.. Yes quick to take the money.. then instead of sending what we ordered they just went and sent what they wanted. Don't want them, we didn't order all black and wouldn't have ordered if blackout American flag wasn't an option.. Going to give them a chance to make it right but not going to wait another month otherwise going to file a dispute with the CC.
