    Whiskey purchase

    The way Caskers packaged my whiskey was top-notch. The first shipment got to me quickly, and I could easily keep tabs on it as it made its way to me. But, the second shipment took forever to get to me. It was supposedly shipped on 12/21 but didn't show up until 1/2. The tracking info for the second package was seriously lacking, which made it hard for me to know where it was. On top of that, the delivery person just plopped the package on a chair by my front door without even giving me a heads up. Even though I thought the packaging was great, the slow delivery and lack of tracking were kind of a letdown. I might shop with Caskers again down the line, but I'd suggest planning for longer delivery times and not expecting too many tracking updates.

    2 bottles of Powers Three Swallows Irish Whiskey

    OMG! After loving this whiskey in Ireland, I had a devil of a time finding it at home. The closest place that carried it was over 200 miles away. I tried ordering it from totalwine, but they wouldn't ship it to me. internetwines let me place my order and pay for it before abruptly canceling my order, via text message with no explanation. One place said I could order it and have it delivered to the nearest Walgreens...in Colorado! Finally, I tried Caskers, in spite of some of the reviews. My bottles arrived, in pristine condition, the VERY NEXT DAY after I placed my order. I am SO thrilled and I will definitely be buying from Caskers again. I am a VERY satisfied customer. :)

    Two bottles of vodka

    I recently bought two bottles of vodka from Caskers and had a little problem with my order. When I got my package, I only got one bottle instead of the two I ordered. I contacted Caskers about it, and they quickly fixed the issue by sending me the missing bottle right away. I was really impressed by how fast they took care of it and how they were willing to make it right after a mistake from one of their suppliers. Philippine, the customer service rep, was amazing - she apologized and made sure I got my full order on time. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with Caskers and would definitely shop with them again.

    Tired of always getting just okay booze? Check out Caskers. I bought two bottles of bourbon from them recently and I'm really satisfied with what I got. They've got a great selection with all kinds of unique and top-quality options that you won't come across at your neighborhood liquor store. I found exactly what I wanted, and the prices were fair and decent. Ordering was easy, and my bottles showed up fast and well wrapped. Caskers has definitely won me over, and I totally suggest them to anyone who loves their spirits.

    Leaky bottle gift

    I received this awesome bottle as a gift, but it was leaking when it showed up! I tried to take it to Japan, but it just kept leaking. I reached out to a Caskers representative, and they were friendly, but all they offered was points and wouldn't replace the bottle. It was disappointing, so I recommend not purchasing from them for better customer service.

    I've ordered from this site a bunch of times and it's always easy to use and has great options. I like that the prices are fair, sometimes even better than other places. The descriptions are detailed, which is really helpful. However, shipping can be tough. Bottles come from all over, so there can be delays - sometimes it takes a whole month to get my order. And delivering multiple bottles can get really complicated.

    Cool Whiskey

    The whiskey I got from this place was awesome and came in good condition, which is super important. But then there were some issues with the delivery, not the store's fault at all, blame it on Fed Ex. But the Caskers folks were really fast to respond and helped sort things out. They were amazing and I totally appreciate that. I'll definitely come back to purchase more cool stuff from them in the future!

    Christmas gift purchase

    I just bought a Christmas gift and the customer service was amazing. Even though it was a busy time of year, Caskers made sure everything was good with my order and let me know about any possible delays. They kept me updated and were very clear about everything. The gift came before Christmas, which was a pleasant surprise. Our friends loved it, and I've already told others about Caskers.

    Shipping label mishap

    The shipping company messed up the label, so my package got delayed. It had to go back to the warehouse then I had to confirm my address and get a new label. But even with that hassle, Casker's customer service was great - they explained everything about shipping really well. I'd shop with them again, but they do need to work on their shipping process.

    Late order tracking inquiry

    I emailed Caskers because my order was taking longer to get to me than usual. Usually, they're super quick with deliveries. Luckily, they got back to me the same day with the tracking info I asked for. Their customer service was fast and helpful, and I really liked their wide variety of products and good prices.

    I really appreciate Caskers trying to stay on top of orders, but I was really disappointed when my whiskey got sent to the wrong address. The delivery company, GLS, said they were given the wrong address, so it wasn't their fault. Turns out, the address they actually delivered it to was also wrong. I did some digging and finally found my box at the incorrect address. I'm not sure if it was Caskers or GLS who made the mistake, but either way, it was frustrating. I shouldn't have had to go through all that trouble just to get my order. Not a great experience.

    I recently bought some whiskey from Caskers, which included Zan, and let me tell you, they were amazing at keeping me in the loop about my order. Not only did they respond to all my emails right away, but they did it within 24 hours. The shipping rates were reasonable and they had exactly what I was looking for at a good price.

    Delayed Order

    Dealing with this company has been so annoying. I ordered something a month ago, and I'm still waiting for it to show up. When I reached out to customer service, they just said I should've canceled within the first three days. That doesn't really fix my problem. Also, they keep charging and then crediting my account, which is just causing more trouble and making things confusing.
