Tax e-filing services
I used an online tax e-filing service recently to submit my taxes, thinking it would cost me $27. But it turned out my first try got rejected by the IRS. The e-File people fixed it for free like they said, but it was a real hassle and took a lot of my time. Finally, the IRS accepted my returns, but I was surprised that I couldn't print a copy for myself. I also saw that they charged me $27 and another $40 on my credit card without clear explanation. It felt kinda sneaky and I felt pretty unhappy about it. I'm definitely not using this service again.

SD card reader
I bought an SD card reader from this store, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The price for the item was really good, and the shipping time was reasonable. The packaging was secure and well-done. However, the main problem I had was that the SD card slot in the reader doesn't work properly. No matter what SD card I used, there was nothing to keep it in place, and the spring mechanism just pushed the card out. I was really disappointed because I bought this specifically to read SD cards. If it wasn't for this problem, I would have given it a 5-star rating easily.

I ordered three things, but it took six months to get the first one. The second one had a problem and there was no customer service to help. The call center wasn't useful at all, and they didn't reply to my emails. The third thing never showed up. It was a pretty disappointing experience that lasted for over six months.

I've ordered from this site a bunch of times and it's always easy to use and has great options. I like that the prices are fair, sometimes even better than other places. The descriptions are detailed, which is really helpful. However, shipping can be tough. Bottles come from all over, so there can be delays - sometimes it takes a whole month to get my order. And delivering multiple bottles can get really complicated.
