Order delay resolution
The customer service rep at this company was super helpful and really focused on making sure I was happy. When my order got delayed, he jumped right in, was polite, and fixed things quickly. He figured out what went wrong and gave me a couple of options to make it right, like 10% off or a full refund. It showed me that this company really cares about its customers and appreciates our business.

Whiskey purchase
The way Caskers packaged my whiskey was top-notch. The first shipment got to me quickly, and I could easily keep tabs on it as it made its way to me. But, the second shipment took forever to get to me. It was supposedly shipped on 12/21 but didn't show up until 1/2. The tracking info for the second package was seriously lacking, which made it hard for me to know where it was. On top of that, the delivery person just plopped the package on a chair by my front door without even giving me a heads up. Even though I thought the packaging was great, the slow delivery and lack of tracking were kind of a letdown. I might shop with Caskers again down the line, but I'd suggest planning for longer delivery times and not expecting too many tracking updates.

Personalized card purchase
The delivery was so fast! I ordered a personalized card on Tuesday and got it the next day. The only issue was that the draft card didn't save for very long, so I had to start over when I came back. Other than that, I was really happy with my shopping experience.
