    This company has some really awesome watches, plus their customer service is top-notch. The whole process, from ordering to getting the watch, was super smooth and easy. I got my first one back in 2023 and loved it so much that I got another one this year. They do a great job of following up and making sure you're happy, which really makes you feel appreciated as a customer. I seriously can't recommend their watches enough!

    The customer service at this place was amazing, especially thanks to Derek, the manager. Even though my husband and I don't live nearby, we felt really taken care of during our visit.     I bought some socks from this store not too long ago, and they already fell apart way quicker than I expected. I only wore them a handful of times and they were already showing signs of wear and tear. I decided to take them back to the store, hoping to either swap them out for a new pair or get some store credit like the customer service person said I could. But when I got there, the staff was not very helpful at all. They seemed like they couldn't care less about helping me out. I left feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the terrible customer service.

    I got these shoes online and man, they just didn't fit right. So, I thought I'd just return them, no big deal. But then I found out the company wouldn't give me my money back because of a little dirt on the shoes. Seriously? There was hardly any dirt on them, you couldn't even see it in the picture they showed me! Their return policy is so annoying, I'd suggest going somewhere else where you can actually try on the shoes before you buy them.

    I got these really great clothes that were like, top of the line in quality, fit me just right, and so comfy. Gotta give a shoutout to the sizing being spot on.     Zyro is great if you want an easy way to host and create websites. Their block on block builder is super easy to use, so you can make clear and clean webpages without a struggle. Plus, they've got a ton of free stock photos to choose from, so you can save time and cash.     The online kitchen planner from this store was amazing! It really helped me picture how the cabinets would look in my kitchen. But, I do wish they had a tool like that for other rooms too. I got a little annoyed when I realized that some cabinet pieces weren't available in all colors and styles, and there was no way to filter for those items. I had to go through each style, scroll through all the options, just to see that it wouldn't work for my space. It was quite a hassle. Despite that, I can't wait for the cabinets to arrive and to see how they'll look in my kitchen!

    I bought some ribbon from an online shop not too long ago. Everything started out great with the fast shipping. But then things took a turn when I got the package. The box was all messed up and five of the ribbon rolls were wrecked too. It took another four days for the replacement to get to me. I mean, I was glad they fixed it, but man, it was annoying to have to deal with all that hassle.

    I recently went through a pretty frustrating situation trying to cancel a subscription renewal. The customer service was seriously lacking. So get this - I reached out the same day I was charged, right? And they straight up told me no refund was happening. I wasn't having it, so I filed a complaint. But apparently, their reason for denial was all wrong and they were sticking to it. They tried to say they sent a message about the renewal, but I checked all my email folders and nada. Long story short, it seems like their lack of communication cost me $189 that I didn't need to spend. Needless to say, I'm not happy about it and would advise others to watch out with this company's subscriptions.

    I bought something from this company because I saw they had a 20% off deal. But when I tried to use the code at checkout, I only got a discount off the regular price, not the sale price. I contacted customer service to double-check and they basically said that's how it is, even though the promotion didn't say anything about that. I think it's not cool to have promotions like that and I recommend being careful when shopping with this company.

    Pendant purchase for Christmas gift

    I got a pendant for my granddaughter at your store as a Christmas present. But, when she opened it on Christmas day, she said she would like the same necklace but in gold instead. So, I reached out to your customer service crew right away to see if I could swap it. Unfortunately, they told me that your return policy only works for stuff bought from November 1 to Christmas. Because I got the pendant on October 22, it didn't apply. I felt kinda bummed about this policy, to be honest. I mean, I was just asking for a little bit of wiggle room, only nine days.

    Multiple pairs of glasses bought

    I recently bought a few pairs of glasses and it was kind of just okay. I got a pair of readers, a pair of sunglasses, and two pairs of Rx glasses. The readers and sunglasses were good, but one of the Rx glasses wasn't the right color and the other one was too big. I reached out to customer service, sent them some pics of the glasses with their serial numbers, and they sent me the correct color Rx and let me keep the wrong one. They even said they'd give me up to $15 for fixing the oversized glasses. The team was quick to respond the whole time, and I really appreciated that. People have been giving me compliments on the style of the Rx and readers, which is cool. All in all, it was an okay experience.

    I had such a great time at the jewelry store today. When I went to return something, Rosie, the salesperson, was super helpful and made everything easy peasy.     Great location, maintenance issues, late deposit return

    The apartment's location was amazing, but man, oh man, the place itself had so many maintenance problems that really threw off my stay. I had the cleaning service scheduled twice, but they didn't even bother to show up. And don't even get me started on the showers and dishwasher that needed fixing, plus those nasty stains on the furniture and doors. Oh, and let's not forget about the lack of instructions for trash and recycling. To top it all off, my deposit wasn't returned when it was supposed to be, which was super frustrating.

    Oh my gosh, I got these adorable boots from this website, right? And can you believe it? They sent me the wrong thing! Like, seriously, I ended up with some random sandals instead. Ugh.     The textiles from this brand are top-notch, but I was let down by the finishing. They claim 70% European production on the website, but all the items I got were made in China. The Chia top looked good at first glance, but the finishing was off - it seemed used and the stitches were loose. Also, the Alice cardigan I got was shorter on me compared to the model, even though I'm 7 cm shorter than her. And to make matters worse, the Mirja scarf had a noticeable stain. After all this, I left feeling really disappointed and unsatisfied with my shopping experience.

    I've been using Intel NUCs and small PCs for a while now, and let me tell you, this mini desktop replacement is a total game-changer. Even though the website said I could return it in-store, the employees turned me away and said that was a mistake. The lack of clear communication and consistency in the information was really disappointing and made the whole return process way more difficult than it needed to be. Since the item was considered furniture, the idea of hauling it back home and then to the post office for return shipping didn't sound fun. Plus, talking to customer service didn't really help much either, since I couldn't figure out how to reach a real person for help. All in all, this whole situation made me feel like the company didn't care about me as a customer and didn't take responsibility for their faulty product or the confusing service. It's really disappointing to feel like my time and money were wasted on a product that didn't live up to my expectations.

    Flight delay, missed connections, poor customer service

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of being a passenger on a flight from Delhi to London that was delayed for a whopping 5 hours. The flight number was 9W122, and the delay caused me to miss my last train home. When I asked the flight staff at London Heathrow about the delay, they kind of ignored me and told me to talk to non-existent ground staff. It seemed like they were just giving us false hope to calm us down. Finally made it home really early in the morning, and I decided to email Jet Airways about what happened. Their response was pretty disappointing. They basically said they weren't responsible for the delay or anything else that happened after I left the airport. Their lack of responsibility and bad customer service really ticked me off.

    I recently got a stand-up desk, but man, the company really dropped the ball. They sent me the wrong item, claiming they were out of stock and gave me a cheaper thing instead. I tried to get in touch with them, but getting a response was like pulling teeth. Their voicemail says it could take 4 to 5 business days to hear back, which is just not cutting it in today's fast-paced world. And get this - I looked them up and found out they have a BBB rating of C-, which kind of makes you wonder about their integrity, you know? On top of that, they won't even honor their warranty - my desk broke after only three months. Such a letdown overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

    This game is seriously amazing, the complexity and gameplay are top-notch. But man, the developers have totally lost touch with us players. They keep ignoring the issues and bugs we've been talking about, and just keep dropping updates nobody asked for. It's messing up the whole experience. And now they're encouraging us to make multiple accounts, but won't even give us info on our own alt accounts. It's driving more and more players away to other games. It's really sad to see such a awesome game getting wrecked by the people who made it.
