Missing perfume order
I've ordered from them multiple times and never had a problem until my last order. They forgot to send one of the perfumes I bought. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times but haven't gotten any help or refund for the missing item. The one response I did get asked me to make another purchase to fix the problem, but that's not okay with me.

Vatican tour experience
I have to say, my experience on the Vatican tour was kind of disappointing. The guide was nice and knew a lot, but it felt like we spent more time looking at pictures of what we were supposed to see instead of actually seeing it ourselves. It was frustrating because we didn't have much time to check out St. Peter's Basilica, which was supposed to be a big part of the tour. On top of that, as we were walking around the Vatican, the guide started talking faster and quieter, making it hard to understand her. It was tough to fully appreciate the history and culture behind the places we were seeing.

I got a pendant for my granddaughter at your store as a Christmas present. But, when she opened it on Christmas day, she said she would like the same necklace but in gold instead. So, I reached out to your customer service crew right away to see if I could swap it. Unfortunately, they told me that your return policy only works for stuff bought from November 1 to Christmas. Because I got the pendant on October 22, it didn't apply. I felt kinda bummed about this policy, to be honest. I mean, I was just asking for a little bit of wiggle room, only nine days.

I was so excited to get this chair, but man, what a let down. The build is weak and the finish is not great at all. The fabric trim isn't even straight, making it look sloppy. And the worst part? I don't like writing negative reviews, but I had a really iffy experience with them. When I tried to return an item, things just weren't smooth sailing. The apartment's location was amazing, but man, oh man, the place itself had so many maintenance problems that really threw off my stay. I had the cleaning service scheduled twice, but they didn't even bother to show up. And don't even get me started on the showers and dishwasher that needed fixing, plus those nasty stains on the furniture and doors. Oh, and let's not forget about the lack of instructions for trash and recycling. To top it all off, my deposit wasn't returned when it was supposed to be, which was super frustrating.

Flight delay, missed connections, poor customer service
I recently had the unfortunate experience of being a passenger on a flight from Delhi to London that was delayed for a whopping 5 hours. The flight number was 9W122, and the delay caused me to miss my last train home. When I asked the flight staff at London Heathrow about the delay, they kind of ignored me and told me to talk to non-existent ground staff. It seemed like they were just giving us false hope to calm us down. Finally made it home really early in the morning, and I decided to email Jet Airways about what happened. Their response was pretty disappointing. They basically said they weren't responsible for the delay or anything else that happened after I left the airport. Their lack of responsibility and bad customer service really ticked me off.
