Christmas gift purchase
I just bought a Christmas gift and the customer service was amazing. Even though it was a busy time of year, Caskers made sure everything was good with my order and let me know about any possible delays. They kept me updated and were very clear about everything. The gift came before Christmas, which was a pleasant surprise. Our friends loved it, and I've already told others about Caskers.
Scotch gift for husband
I bought my husband a bottle of scotch as a gift, but the shipping took forever and when it finally arrived, it was all dented up. The bottle was supposed to be in a protective tin, but somehow it got squished. I managed to fix it, but I was pretty disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Booze buying
I've bought from Caskers quite a few times. The prices are usually pretty fair, sometimes a bit more than what my local store charges, but they never have the good stuff anyway. I've had some shipping issues before, but they always fix it really quickly whenever I complain.
Tequila
Support has been unresponsive since I shared my issue of not having the item delivered.
I placed an order of nearly $200 worth of merchandise and was provided a link to static shipping updates.
After 2 weeks, I reached out to support for an estimated delivery date as the link did not indicate any timeline.
I was then given a new link, which indicated that a delivery "attempt" was made. I live in a 4-story apartment complex with a dial-in directory for all shipments. This "attempt" was a fabrication. I would have received a call from the directory, as I have for the past 3 years.
Since communicating this with Caskers, I have received silence. Caskers has refused to address this issue and left me to dispute my charge on my credit card.
This has been a month-long process and Caskers should be embarrassed by this situation.Two bottles of rum
I placed an order about three weeks ago.
A few days later I got a message that my order is on the way. No tracking number. Two weeks after my order I contacted them and they said it will arrive soon. After a few more days asking them for a tracking number they send me one that is also on the next day still not recognized by USPS so they still did not sent out my order.
I asked them to cancel it but no answer. I reported them a fraud with my credit card company.Wathens Barrel Proof
I ordered Wathens Barrel Proof and received Wathens single barrel. After 40 days, I still haven’t received a refund. Caskers is pointing the finger at the liquor store, who as a buyer through Caskers, you have no way of knowing who that is. Caskers collects a fee for the order, they don’t carry inventory. They refuse to give me a refund or return label. I ended up refuting the charge through my credit card and having to pay the return cost. Once I proved I returned the item, my credit card agreed to a refund which ei now take 60-90 days. Don’t use Caskers!!

Wrote a review a week ago. Update: after months of back and forth (the total runaround) my husband and I said enough. Were tired of hearing how your looking into it, going to expedite the order and LOTS of other BS. We said give us our money back, a refund. Well I guess that what was the magic word. They said that they are sorry I never got my order (apparently saying I never will) but once we send the order to our vendor "we have no control" and since we already paid the vendor we cannot refund your money! BEWARE!

Two Bottles of liquor
If I could give zero stars on the review I would ...my order was placed and paid for December 20, 2021 ... today is February 7, 2022 ... still haven't received either the products ordered or a refund ... filed a complaint with the NY BBB and still no results ... do not use this company ... they are crooks and a complete scam.
Blanton Bourbon
This site is a total scam! Don’t waste your money! They sent me an empty bottle of Blanton bourbon. When I contacted them, they told me to keep the empty bottle and offered $6.00 refund. Totally pathetic scammers. The WORST of the worst!!! It’s an insult to only be able to leave 2 stars!!

Paid through PayPal for a bottle of Blanton single barrel bourbon. They emailed bogus tracking number. Almost a month later I received an empty bottle of Blanton bourbon. This business is a total scam!
Lagavulin 16 Year Old
Ordered on 9/22 and arrived via FedEx on Sunday, 9/26. Well packaged, they even included the box. 5 stars for all categories. I will definitely shop with Caskers again.
Lucky Seven bourbon
Ordering and payment easier easy since it’s done online. But delivery is a nightmare. We thought maybe the first time was a fluke and that the second time would be the charm… it is not the case. No one can track it, tracking number we have is useless and it’s been over three weeks since it was ordered. Unsubscribed. Will do business elsewhere.
2 bottles of Powers Three Swallows Irish Whiskey
OMG! After loving this whiskey in Ireland, I had a devil of a time finding it at home. The closest place that carried it was over 200 miles away. I tried ordering it from totalwine, but they wouldn't ship it to me. internetwines let me place my order and pay for it before abruptly canceling my order, via text message with no explanation. One place said I could order it and have it delivered to the nearest Walgreens...in Colorado! Finally, I tried Caskers, in spite of some of the reviews. My bottles arrived, in pristine condition, the VERY NEXT DAY after I placed my order. I am SO thrilled and I will definitely be buying from Caskers again. I am a VERY satisfied customer. :)
Several whiskey gifts
Do not do business with this company. Ordered two bottles of special Bourbon as gifts shipped to two different addresses. On shipped to the wrong address the other never showed up. Their customer support also .... Terrible company save yourself the headache.

Still waiting for a legitimate tracking No. It’s been 11 days since purchase was made. They send a tracking number but it doesn’t lead anywhere they don’t say who it belongs to UPS, FedEx???. The only reason they have 2 stars is because the thing won’t do one star.
Rum and mixers
Uggh, they suck. There is a reason they don't have a phone number that you can call. They send me a shipping notice a week ago. I checked with UPS today and they say it hasn't shipped, only a label has been created. I'm going on a three-week vacation, so I want to change the address. Caskers Customer No Service says, sorry, we can't once it ships. But it hasn't shipped. So I try to get a phone number to explain. Nope, go away. Poor and late is no way to run a business.

Ordering and paying was easy! Delivery-forget it! Label created over a week ago, but product never shipped! Save your money and aggravation! I’ll never use Caskers again!

Saved the day when I was looking for an exclusively luxury tequila, Partida Roble Fino!
Uggh, they suck. There is a reason they do not have a phone number that you can call. They send a shipping notice a week ago. Today UPS says only the label has been created. I'm going on vacation so I want the addressed changed because I won't be here and alcohol needs signatures. But Caskers won't change the address because they say it's shipped. But it hasn't. This shipment is going to be lost in neverland, and you can't talk to anyone to get an answer.
Ordered 6 bottles of small batch craft vodka on July 9. Took delivery on July 15. No fuss, no muss, no problems whatsoever.
Your a rare lucky guy. I ordered two special bottles of bourbon as gifts. One shipped to wrong address, the other never delivered. This company is terrible! You got lucky.

They offer merchandise like tees, totes, cocktail shakers, cocktail spoons, and cocktail jiggers. At this time, their vendors only ship within the United States. Due to state regulations, certain spirits can only be shipped to certain states. Please see the shipping information for the product you are interested in to determine where it can be shipped. Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, as well as forwarding services and courier depots, is not possible. All orders must be received and signed for by an adult.
