Chemical-free curtains
I finally got rid of all the toxins in my home by getting these amazing curtains. The website was super easy to use, and I was so surprised when a design specialist reached out to help me - really makes you feel like a VIP! My custom curtains showed up in just 8 days, which is lightning fast for an online company. They look so luxurious compared to my old ones from that big Swedish furniture store. Now I can sleep soundly knowing that my curtains are made of top-notch material and will hold up for a long time.
Belgian flax roman shades
I recently ordered some Belgian flax roman shades and let me tell you, I was really impressed! The quality was amazing and they arrived super fast. The stitching was absolutely perfect and the packaging was really nice. I definitely won't be going anywhere else and paying those crazy high prices when I can get the same quality shades here for a much better deal.
Thick, high quality curtains
I just bought a bunch of curtains from this company and let me tell you, I am super happy with them. Unlike curtains I've gotten from other brands before, these ones are nice and sturdy. I'm definitely gonna order more for my other rooms.
Custom blinds
I just bought some custom blinds from this company and man, let me tell you, I was really let down by the whole thing. Their customer service was basically non-existent. I tried calling, but the number didn't even work. And when I sent emails and tried to chat, I didn't get any responses. It was so frustrating and made the whole ordering process seem really unprofessional. On top of that, the quality of the blinds was pretty low considering how much I shelled out for them. They started falling apart after just a few years. I feel like I got ripped off because the product didn't live up to what I expected.
My pillowcases
I ordered some pillowcases, but they never showed up in the mail. I called and emailed, but it was no help. I ended up having to cancel my payment because it was taking so long. Finally, when they did get in touch with me, they acted like they had no clue what was happening and just told me to reorder. Yeah right!
Custom Roman shade purchase
I just bought a custom Roman shade for my bathroom window from this company. But, when it arrived, it was too long and the cord was on the wrong side. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times with proof of the errors, but they weren't helpful at all. Their return policy on the website was tricky too, which made me even more frustrated. My whole experience with them was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Roman blinds with continuous cord
I bought some Roman blinds with those cords that always seem to break, and mine completely fell apart after only 4 months! To top it off, they were too short when they arrived and now they're unusable. I tried reaching out to the company to see if they could help, but I haven't heard anything back. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
Custom draperies
I recently ordered custom curtains from this company, but the experience was not good at all. They told me I would get my order in 10 days, but it's been three months and still no curtains. They aren't responding to me and it's been really frustrating dealing with their customer service. Even the CEO's promise to help didn't lead to a solution. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, like many others. I suggest finding a different business to avoid this hassle and letdown.

Blackout Roman Shade
I just bought a blackout roman shade from this company and man, it's been a huge letdown. The shade showed up with a bunch of holes in the blackout part, so light is seeping through. I reached out to customer service right away with pics, and at first they said they'd send me a new one. But then after a while and tons of emails later, they backtracked and said the shade was fine and wouldn't replace it. That kind of wishy-washy behavior and bad communication is not cool, especially for something that cost a lot like this. Now I'm stuck with a messed up product and no fix in sight.
Torn drapes
I got these drapes from this company and man, they were a huge letdown. The quality was terrible and the customer service was even worse. When I finally got the package, I saw that the drapes were torn in a really obvious spot, like you couldn't miss it. I tried calling and emailing the company a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. It's just not cool to send out messed up stuff and then ignore the customer when they try to bring it up. It's just not right.

I'm really upset about how things went down with this company. I ordered some curtains way back in the day, like five months ago, and I still haven't gotten them. And on top of that, they've been ignoring all my emails and requests for a refund. This kind of treatment is just not cool, you know? I'm definitely not going to be telling anyone to check out this company.
Roman shades review
I just bought four roman shades for my house from this company. At first, I thought they looked really nice and added a classy touch to my decor. But as time went on, I realized the quality wasn't great. The rings on the back kept falling off, the strings broke, and the brackets got all bent out of shape. Even though they looked good, they just didn't hold up well. Plus, they were pretty expensive, so I expected them to last longer.

I'm really bummed about how things have gone with this company. I ordered some custom curtains back on September 8th and ever since then, I've been relentless in my attempts to check up on my order. I've reached out through email, chat, voicemail, IM, comments - you name it, but it's like I'm talking to a wall! It's so annoying to be kept in the dark about something I actually paid for. This lack of communication and professionalism is just not cool.
