Cheap Shirt Purchase
I just got this shirt thinking it was gonna be a good deal, but man, was I wrong! The quality was trash - felt like it was made in a hurry with a design that looked like a kid did it with a potato stamp. The fabric felt like sandpaper against my skin and definitely not worth what I shelled out for it. Total letdown - waste of my hard-earned cash.

Vitamins
Hey, so I was trying to pick up some vitamins from this store and they had this awesome deal where you buy two and get one free. I'm currently deployed in Iraq, so taking care of my health is a top priority. But then, they randomly canceled half of my order with no explanation! The free vitamins I was supposed to get were in that canceled portion, so I was pretty disappointed. I tried to cancel the rest of the order, but they wouldn't let me. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

Torn drapes
I got these drapes from this company and man, they were a huge letdown. The quality was terrible and the customer service was even worse. When I finally got the package, I saw that the drapes were torn in a really obvious spot, like you couldn't miss it. I tried calling and emailing the company a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. It's just not cool to send out messed up stuff and then ignore the customer when they try to bring it up. It's just not right.

Pain relief cell
The pain relief cell has seriously been a game-changer for my chronic thumb pain. I tried everything, like cortisone shots and NSAIDs, but nothing really did the trick for long. But y'all, within just an hour of putting on the pain cell, I could feel my pain easing up. The adhesives were kinda irritating at first, but I figured out a fix by putting the cell under a soft brace. That not only kept the cell in its place but also let my thumb move better. I'm thinking of giving the inflammation cell a try on my knee too, hoping for the same good results. And can we talk about the customer service at Vital Field? They are on it, super helpful and quick to respond, making the whole experience even better. I am so happy with the product and service from Vital Field, y'all.

Efficient and Friendly Team
The folks over at that storage place were amazing. Richard, Fernando, and Luis really went above and beyond. They were super friendly, always positive, and had great communication between them. They also worked really hard, never slacking off. They made sure to check in with me often to make sure I was satisfied with how things were packed. Even though it was a huge task, they tackled it all with such a positive attitude. Kudos to them for a job well done!

Quality socks purchase
The socks I bought were amazing - top quality all around. So soft, so sturdy, and they fit just right. But, I have to admit, I was bummed when my package got left outside and then disappeared. Ugh. Luckily, the customer service folks totally came through. They jumped on it, got back to me fast, and set up a new delivery, no problem. All in all, the company really delivered - great service and great socks. I'm one happy customer.

Large purchase, refund issue
This whole platform was a total nightmare. Everything went wrong, and I ran into issue after issue. It was just a train wreck from beginning to end. The cherry on top was when I had to reach out to customer service, and even that was a struggle. I have no clue how they stay afloat with such lousy service. The only positive was that I did eventually get a pretty big refund, but the headache and anxiety I had to deal with to get it just wasn't worth it.

Rims purchase
The rims I got from this company went above and beyond what I was hoping for. The salesperson assured me they had exactly what I needed, and they were right. My rims showed up right on schedule, which allowed me to get them on my car without any issues. I was really happy with how nice they looked and how they made my vehicle stand out. Even though I waited a while to finally order them, the customer service team was still really helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Shoes
This company is just a complete nightmare to deal with, seriously. I ordered some shoes from them and let me tell you, it was the biggest mistake ever. My package took like over a month to get to me and it was just one frustration after another. And don't even get me started on their customer service - they were so rude and unhelpful, it made everything even worse. I'm telling you, this was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I highly recommend steering clear of them unless you like wasting time and getting treated like garbage. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, trust me.
