Shirt
I just bought a shirt from this company, but it never showed up. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all. Even though the shirt was sent back to them in New Jersey, they wouldn't give me a refund and told me to deal with USPS on my own. It's really frustrating that they won't own up to their mistake and take care of it. Now I'm out $30 and feeling pretty annoyed.
4 Henley shirts
I just bought 4 Henley shirts from this site because the pics looked nice. But man, when I got them, they were awful. The colors were way off from the pics and the fabric felt super cheap. They didn't look anything like the photos. Total regret. Don't recommend this vendor at all.
Shoes
Oh my gosh, this is awful!! I ordered those shoes, like, two months ago and they still haven't shown up. What's going on? I'm super upset, I could literally scream. I wouldn't recommend buying from here, it seems like a total scam. They're most likely ripping people off. Ugh, I'm really let down.
Cheap Shirt Purchase
I just got this shirt thinking it was gonna be a good deal, but man, was I wrong! The quality was trash - felt like it was made in a hurry with a design that looked like a kid did it with a potato stamp. The fabric felt like sandpaper against my skin and definitely not worth what I shelled out for it. Total letdown - waste of my hard-earned cash.
Poor quality products, inflated prices, slow delivery
I had a terrible experience with this company. The products I got were really bad quality and cost way more than they should have. It took forever for my order to get to me, and trying to reach the seller was practically impossible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
XL shirts, horrible fabric
I got these XL shirts and man, they felt terrible! They were way too small, even though I usually wear larges no problem back in Australia. I've been trying to shoot them an email about it, but nothing's going through. So annoying!
Deceptive payment practices
I gotta share my story about dealing with this company. Can you believe they tried to pull a fast one on me? Sneaky doesn't even begin to describe it - they changed up the payment amount after I already gave my info, then hit me with a way higher charge than I was ready for. And when I tried to cancel right away, they said my order was already shipped! And if you think returning something would be easy, forget about it. They made it a whole ordeal and wanted me to send it back to their warehouse in Hong Kong, even though it came from the USA in the first place. What a mess. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy company.
Fast delivery shirt
I ordered a shirt and shelled out some extra cash for fast delivery. But man, it's been a whole month now and that shirt is still MIA! I've been hitting them up with messages left and right, asking where my shirt is, but I don't get a single response. This whole situation is getting on my last nerve, it's so annoying!
Mis-sized item
I got this shirt from a company and man, was I bummed when it came in all wrong sized. I'm talking way off from what I expected. And when I called their customer service about swapping it out, they hit me with the news that I had to foot the bill for shipping it back and a restocking fee. Like, seriously? That's just rubbing salt in the wound! I thought they were all about taking care of their customers, but clearly not.
Clothing purchase disappointed
I recently ordered some clothes from this website, and man, I gotta say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The clothes I got looked nothing like what was online. And don't even get me started on the sizing - it was all over the place! Even though the tags said they were the same size, they definitely weren't. The material was super cheap and see-through, which made the clothes look tacky and not cute at all. The shirts were all weird fitting and just not flattering. When I tried to talk to customer service about this mess and get my money back, they were so rude and unhelpful. It felt like they were just making up their own rules and not following what was on the website. And trying to get a real person on the line? Forget about it. All I got were boring automated responses. Seriously, this whole experience was the absolute worst.
