Daughter's sweatpants
I just bought some sweatpants for my daughter at this store. She put them on once and then decided she didn't like them. So when I went to return them, they said no because they smelled like perfume and had been "worn." I couldn't believe it! Like, really, since when can you not get your money back for just trying something on? The customer service I got was terrible, and I left feeling so annoyed and let down.

Buckwheat pillow filling
So, at first, I was a little irritated because my pillow didn't have enough buckwheat hulls in it. Like, what's the point of a buckwheat pillow if it's not stuffed enough, you know? But then I contacted the company and they quickly sent me more filling. And I gotta say, now my pillow is just right! I'm sleeping like a baby on it. The customer service was really fast and nice. Warranty fix on cerakote lower
I had to send back a cerakote lower for warranty work because the cerakote was messing up the mag catch. The whole communication during the process was great, way better than I expected. They not only fixed the problem, but also fixed up some accidental damage on the lower and even gave me a free mag catch. I'm really impressed with the service and attention to detail from the Precision team.

I just got some new progressive lenses from this eyewear store and I gotta say, I was super happy with how everything went down. The service was top-notch, the delivery was freaky fast, and the prices were totally reasonable. Large dollhouse extension
Was charged for item that was never sent and when I contacted customer service, their response was appallingly rude and dismissive. I’m out money for an item I don’t have and my daughter’s big birthday gift, the large dollhouse, is basically ruined without the extension given that I bought all the rooms of furniture for an expanded house. Devastated by this experience and won’t trust this company again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. None of the items came as pictured. At all. The worst quality, almost comical clothing I have ever received. I had bought items for Christmas gifts and actually fell onto the floor in a heap of tears laughing at what I got. I thought I had checked them out well enough, but I was definitely fooled. American Consumer=0 China=1. A complete loss of money spent. To return items is a real joke. Just don't do it. Also, try google image searching the item which is on display for sale. I did and found a few on legitimate high end American websites. They steal other photos and use as their own. I didn't think to check this until after I learned my lesson! AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. AWFUL CLOTHING. Unless you want a good laugh!

Received my items and they were all huge. Contacted customer service and requested return. Was told I would get an email approval with instructions on how to return. Had no idea I would have to return them to China (very expensive). In the email they offered a 15% refund if I kept the items. 15%! Really? What a ripoff. Never ordering from this company again!!!

I ordered the 10-12 ounce lobster tails. I ordered based on the picture. This is not what I received. I spoke to a Christine Lopez who laughed when I complained. Then denied laughing. When I asked to speak to someone else she said no. I threw it all our and ordered from someone else. Do not order from them.
Absolutely disgusting and infuriating. Ordered two chairs on December 4th. Got the blue one but the red one still says pending for FedEx. Appears to be sitting at a warehouse in Maryland. I’ve sent two emails to GTRACING with no response. I’ve called countless times, waited on hold endlessly only to be hung up on when it’s my turn. Mailbox says it’s full so you can’t leave a message. I’ve messaged them on Facebook and Instagram with no response. I’ve even called the warehouse in Maryland but there’s no response and you’re not able to leave a message. ONE MONTH later neither of my nephews have their Christmas present as giving one a chair would be unfair. Literally nothing can be done. How in the hell are you STILL advertising merchandise you clearly don’t have??? Refund our money as we clearly won’t be getting the chairs we all ordered.
