Joggers and sweatshirt
I'm completely obsessed with my new joggers and sweatshirt from Sunday Ritual! They are seriously the most comfortable clothes I own, and they make me feel really stylish. The joggers are super soft and cozy, perfect for relaxing at home or going out for errands. And the sweatshirt is adorable and trendy - I've already received so many compliments on it. The quality is also fantastic, which is a huge bonus for me. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be buying from Sunday Ritual again!

Vintage leather bag
I bought a leather bag from this company that said they sell top-notch vintage stuff, but my experience with it was way below par. The bag started falling apart after only a few times of using it. The stitching was all crooked, and the quality was not up to snuff. When I contacted customer service about it, they were not helpful at all and kind of brushed me off. I was hoping for better from a company that brags about selling cool and one-of-a-kind vintage items.

I ordered this dashmat for my daughter's car and man, what a mess! It was made by this company I won't name, but let me tell you, it was impossible to install. I tried reaching out for a replacement or refund, but no dice. Should've checked here first!

I bought this supplemental tool for learning Mandarin hoping it would help me get better at the language, but I was really let down. The content was poorly done and it seemed like they didn't really put much effort in making it useful for non-Indo-European languages like Mandarin. The material was superficial and didn't really help me in my language learning journey. I asked for a refund right after signing up, but it's been over a week now and I still haven't gotten it. The customer service is unresponsive, unclear, and not helpful at all. Overall, my experience with this product was awful, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone trying to learn Mandarin or any other non-Indo-European language.

Pending order issue
I am really let down by how things went down at that fitness store. It's been over a month since I ordered something and it still hasn't arrived. When I talked to customer service about it, they just told me my order is still being worked on and didn't give me any idea of when it would come. And on top of that, they wouldn't even give me a refund for the order that's taking forever. It's just not cool how they're being so secretive and unprofessional. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The products I got were really bad quality and cost way more than they should have. It took forever for my order to get to me, and trying to reach the seller was practically impossible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I bought some t-shirts and shorts from this store recently, and let me tell you, I am not happy with how things went down. So get this - I made my order a whole month ago, they took my cash right away, and now? Still no sign of my stuff. I shot them an email to ask what's up, and they hit me back with some news - gotta wait an extra 7-8 weeks before they even ship it out. Not gonna lie, totally caught me off guard. And, like, it's pretty aggravating that they don't even have a phone number to call, just emails. I'm seriously feeling like I threw my hard-earned money down the drain here.
