Gaming PC
I recently got a new gaming computer and it's pretty awesome. The customer service was good, but it's a bummer that they're closed on weekends. You really need a solid internet connection for it to work properly. Once you tweak the settings, the games run smoothly. The computer itself is fantastic, but if you're looking for more speed, you might need to upgrade the power. It's definitely improved from before, but not quite perfect yet. Give it a shot and see what you think. It's a legit product, just still a work in progress...I hope! 😂

Subscription gift for husband
I finally got around to getting my husband a subscription box as a little treat, and we were both pretty pumped to get our first one. But when we opened it up, one of the goodies had leaked everywhere, so we ended up with less stuff than we were supposed to. I reached out to customer service, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back within a day offering to send a replacement. Their customer service was awesome, but here's to hoping they step up their quality control game for the next box.

Large vase purchase
I gotta tell you, I was really impressed with the big vase I bought recently. It showed up right on time, packaged real nice, and looked just like it did on the website. The quality was top-notch, and I'm super pleased with it. Honestly, I was a little unsure about buying from this company at first, but now that I have my vase, I don't have any doubts about ordering from them again down the road. All in all, a flawless experience from start to finish.

Beads and craft supplies
The customer service team at this online store really impressed me with how quick and helpful they were in answering all my questions. Even with everything going on during the pandemic, they still managed to get back to me within a day. The products I bought were top-notch and the service was fantastic. The prices at this store are competitive and fair, which is why it's my go-to spot for beads and craft supplies. The only downside was the shipping costs, especially coming all the way across the Pacific Ocean. But when you look at the overall value you get from PandaHall, it's hard to beat their pricing and service compared to other competitors.

Mis-sized item
I got this shirt from a company and man, was I bummed when it came in all wrong sized. I'm talking way off from what I expected. And when I called their customer service about swapping it out, they hit me with the news that I had to foot the bill for shipping it back and a restocking fee. Like, seriously? That's just rubbing salt in the wound! I thought they were all about taking care of their customers, but clearly not.

Autmoatic soap dispenser
I just bought a new automatic soap dispenser from this company to replace my old one. The design is really nice and fancy, plus you can charge it with a USB which is handy. But, I've had some issues with how it works. Sometimes soap squirts out when I'm not ready for it, and other times it doesn't come out at all after I try a few times. I have a different, cheaper product from another brand that isn't as fancy, but it always works, charges with a USB, and looks nice too.
