Faulty candle, great customer service
Hey there! I wanted to share this story about the battery candles I got for my mom's birthday. One of them didn't work, which was a bummer. So I reached out to the company, and they were really quick to respond, even though it was around Christmas time. They said they'd send me a replacement. It's so awesome to see a company that actually cares about its customers. Just wanted to say thanks!
Affordable Le Creuset dish
I just bought a really cheap Le Creuset dish from this online store. I was so surprised at the price - it was way cheaper than any other store I looked at. Even though there were some bad reviews, I decided to go for it and bought it anyway. I was happy to see that the dish showed up at my doorstep just 9 days after I ordered it, which was pretty good for me. I'm really glad I didn't let those negative reviews scare me off because I'm actually really happy with how everything turned out.
Wall Lamp Order
I bought a Wall Lamp from this website since it promised "immediate shipping," but it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received it. I tried contacting them through email, phone, and even WhatsApp, but no one has responded. I just want to cancel my order and buy it elsewhere!

I was kinda unsure about buying something from this store because of the bad reviews, but I took a chance and it turned out good. My order came in two different packages, which caught me off guard, but they kept me informed about the delay, so that was nice. It only took a week for my stuff to get to me in the US, and everything was packed really well. The prices were awesome, so I'll definitely be shopping here again.

My experience with Nordic Nest was really disappointing. I ordered six seat cushions thinking they would come quickly, but it actually took two and a half weeks for them to arrive. When they finally showed up, they all had a strong moldy smell. I was shocked by how bad the product was and how poorly they were packaged. On top of that, it's super hard to get a refund because their return policy is so strict. I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

I just gotta say, the ornaments I bought from this company were seriously gorgeous! I snagged 3 ornaments in all, 2 of 'em by Kay Bojesen. They were just too cute and top-notch quality, I was blown away that they were so affordable. I checked out Amazon UK and this company's prices were way better! Yep, even though it took a bit longer for my goodies to arrive thanks to Brexit, the customer service peeps were awesome and hooked me up with a shipping reference. I already put in another order with 'em and I totally recommend this company to anyone in the market for some killer Scandinavian stuff at killer prices!
Bowls that were supposed to be black-brown
I recently bought some bowls that were advertised as black-brown, but when they arrived, they actually looked more like a dull grey. I couldn't see any hint of brown and barely any black. When I reached out to complain about the misleading color description, they simply brushed it off by saying there could be 'variation in color'. It was really disappointing, to say the least.
Mug Set Purchase
Recently, I bought a bunch of mugs from this shop, but half of them came cracked when they arrived. I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but they were not helpful at all and didn't respond. I had to go the extra mile and file a claim through PayPal because the seller wasn't helping me out. I suggest not buying anything from this store if you want your items to arrive intact.
Christmas blanket order
I'm really upset about my Christmas blanket order. I was supposed to get it before Christmas, but they didn't even send it out until the 29th. So I couldn't even give it as a gift on Christmas Day. I tried to talk to someone using the chat, but no one responded. This was my second time ordering from them, but it's definitely going to be my last.
Large vase purchase
I gotta tell you, I was really impressed with the big vase I bought recently. It showed up right on time, packaged real nice, and looked just like it did on the website. The quality was top-notch, and I'm super pleased with it. And then, to top it off, I started seeing a bunch of bad reviews piling up after I placed my order, which is concerning and doesn't make me trust the brand. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.

I got this really awesome dinner set, but when it got here, a few of the bowls and plates were all smashed up! I was pretty bummed about it. But the good news is, the store hooked me up with some new ones for free, which was super nice of them. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but it was a pain to send the broken stuff back, and honestly, I'm too lazy for all that. Oh well, what can you do? ?♀️
