Murder mystery game with 80s theme
My friends and I had a blast playing the murder mystery game with an 80s theme! We had a great time dressing up and really getting into our characters. It was awesome having a script to guide our conversations and questions. And the fact that we can switch up the roles and have someone else be the murderer is a fun twist. I totally suggest giving it a try!

Poor Quality Bed Set
I recently bought a bed set from this company, and man, was I let down by the quality. The set started falling apart after just a week, and it already looked beat up when I got it. I tried to return it, but customer service gave me the runaround and I ended up out $300. It's frustrating that they didn't stick to their return policy like they promised. This company used to be my go-to for dorm stuff, but now that there are so many other choices out there, I won't be shopping with them again. Overall, a really disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Overnighted parts for a time-sensitive job
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing customer service we received from the representative who helped us with getting some parts overnighted for a rush job. She really went the extra mile to make sure we got the parts we needed quickly so that we could keep working on our project without any interruptions. Her communication was top-notch and she did exactly what she said she would. We really value and appreciate her commitment to making sure we were happy. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Eye products (eyeliner, foundation, eyeshadow compact)
The products were amazing, just like they said they would be. The packaging looked great, and the quality of the items was spot on. However, those security stickers were a pain to get rid of! They were so hard to peel off and left behind a sticky mess that took forever to clean up. Who wants to deal with that before using their makeup? Definitely not me. I even snapped some pics to send to customer service so they could see the problem. It would be awesome if they could come up with a label that's easier to take off and doesn't leave a big mess behind.

Bag for friend
I got a bag for my friend but then found out someone else had already got her the same one. So I tried to return it, but I got a message saying they don't do refunds or exchanges for that item. Like, what? They never mentioned that when I ordered it. If they're not gonna tell you, they should totally take it back. I called and emailed them but they never got back to me. I would say, don't buy from them unless you're 100% sure you want to keep it. They're not reliable at all.

Haband always comes through with quality stuff at good prices. I like that they have a bunch of choices in my size, so I can find clothes that actually fit and look nice. I can count on them for top-notch products, it really helps me feel good about what I'm buying. Whenever I need new clothes, I know I can rely on them to give me a great deal.

The website is super easy to use when adding faces with its friendly interface. However, the app could definitely use some work in that department.
