Video Converter Purchase
Hey there, so I recently came across this awesome video converter tool and I've been using it for quite a bit now. Initially, I encountered some problems with it and had to reach out to their customer support for help. Luckily, it seems like they came out with a new version that addressed the issues I was facing. I tried it out and it seems like they finally sorted out the problem with the motion looking all choppy and stuttering. Super excited that they fixed it and it's working much smoother now! Big shoutout to the customer support team for coming through!
Software purchase
I've been using this software for over two years now, and I have to say it has gone above and beyond what I expected. I bought it back in August 2019 and have been really impressed with all the updates and improvements they keep making. The latest version with default website lists and improved user experience has really changed the game for me. OCR and Conversion App Installation
I just got this new OCR and conversion app for my Mac, and I gotta say, it's pretty neat. However, I ran into a problem with one file that couldn't be converted perfectly. I contacted customer support, and they were super quick to help out. They had me send the file over for testing and also gave me some useful tips to make sure my conversions turn out better. I just got this software from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. But, ran into a little problem when I was using it on my Mac with two displays. Despite that, I really like how the company is being proactive about fixing things and making their product better for us customers. It's not something you see often with software companies.
