Incompetent software and lack of customer support
This software I got is honestly such a letdown. I thought it would help me find duplicate images in my folders without a hassle, but it's not doing its job well at all. It's missing obvious duplicates and not catching similar images accurately. I tried reaching out to customer support, sent over three examples of the problem, and got no response at all after multiple emails. The company doesn't seem to care much about their customers, which is pretty disappointing.
Duplicate File Finder
The free version seemed to work fine, but when I upgraded to the paid version, it deleted both the copies and the original files, which was a total mess. Even Disk Drill couldn't get back the deleted files. I'm definitely not using this software anymore.
AppCrypt
I bought AppCrypt about a year ago and it worked pretty well at first. But lately, it keeps crashing and doesn't work anymore. I tried what tech support suggested by uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still giving me problems. Their customer service has been really slow and hasn't fixed anything yet. I wish I had looked into other options before getting AppCrypt.
PDF editor purchase
I bought a PDF editor from this company not long ago. But, I was really let down when I got my order confirmation and saw that they didn't send me the license code I needed to actually use the software. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team through email a bunch of times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It feels like I wasted £25 on this purchase and I'm really not happy with how this whole thing has gone down.
Audio-focused purchase
I bought this product mainly for listening to music and I haven't tried using it for videos yet. I have to say, it has gone above and beyond what I expected in terms of sound. The quality is really good and it's been working flawlessly for what I need.
Duplicate finder software purchase
I bought a duplicate finder software from your company to help me clean up my photo app by deleting duplicate photos. I've tried several times to use the software as the manual instructs, and even reached out to customer service for help, but I've only managed to delete a small portion of the duplicates. Despite asking for a refund because the software didn't work well, all of my emails have been ignored. This has been the worst experience I've had in the past thirty years of using Mac computers, and I won't be buying any software from your company again.
My recent software purchase
I recently bought a software program that was supposed to help me get more work done, but it turned out to be full of bugs that made it really hard to use. Sometimes it would shut down all my open tabs out of nowhere, making me lose work that I was working on. It also wouldn't fully lock unless I blocked access to some settings, which was annoying and kind of confusing. When I tried to update it, all my blocklists got deleted, which was a bummer because I lost some important stuff. And if I accidentally clicked on a site that was supposed to be blocked, the whole computer would freeze up. Overall, my experience with this software was frustrating and disappointing because it had so many problems that messed up how it was supposed to work.
Video Converter Purchase
Hey there, so I recently came across this awesome video converter tool and I've been using it for quite a bit now. Initially, I encountered some problems with it and had to reach out to their customer support for help. Luckily, it seems like they came out with a new version that addressed the issues I was facing. I tried it out and it seems like they finally sorted out the problem with the motion looking all choppy and stuttering. Super excited that they fixed it and it's working much smoother now! Big shoutout to the customer support team for coming through!
Cisdem Duplicate Finder for Mac
I bought something for my Mac and it was a huge pain! I tried to set it up but it just wouldn't cooperate. I asked for a refund but they refused. I spent way too much time trying to figure it out. Avoid this company, they're terrible!
DVD burning software
I bought a DVD burning software recently and it was working okay at first. But after about a month, I started getting an error message that kept asking me to put in a disc even though there was already one in the drive. I tried fixing it by changing the disc and reinstalling the software, but the problem wouldn't go away. And when I reinstalled it, I got a message saying I had used up my limit and it went back to being the free version. It was really frustrating and I felt let down by the whole experience.
File recovery software
I'm pretty into tech stuff, and I heard some good things about this file recovery software, so I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, it ended up being a big letdown. I installed the software all excited to give it a go and see if it could help me get back some important files. But then I found out that I couldn't even try it out without coughing up some cash first. Seemed kinda sneaky, like they were trying to trick people into buying without knowing if it actually works. That shady move didn't sit right with me, so I ended up looking somewhere else for a solution.

DVD ripping software purchase
I got this DVD ripping software that I thought would be great, but it's actually really disappointing. The company said it would be super fast, but it actually takes just as long, if not longer, than free software like Handbrake. I ended up buying it because of their blog post claiming it was fast and that Handbrake was slow, but it was all a lie. And to top it off, they won't even give me a refund because they never officially advertised those misleading claims on their product page. It's super frustrating.
Slow delivery, no refund
I bought something from Cisdem not long ago, and man, I was so bummed out by how long it took for my order to get to me. I waited way longer than I expected, and when I finally got it, I wasn't happy with it after just a couple of days. So, I tried to return it, but Cisdem wouldn't give me a refund. Their customer service really let me down, and now I'm feeling super frustrated and dissatisfied.
Waste of money
This product is such a waste of money, for real. I bought it and couldn't even get it to work! It's so annoying. I even gave the free trial a shot, and it didn't do a single thing. I'm really let down.
Data Recovery purchase
I bought this data recovery software thinking it would actually work, but turns out the files it said it recovered were fake and already included in the software. It's pretty sneaky and deceitful, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else wasting their money on it.
OCR and Conversion App Installation
I just got this new OCR and conversion app for my Mac, and I gotta say, it's pretty neat. However, I ran into a problem with one file that couldn't be converted perfectly. I contacted customer support, and they were super quick to help out. They had me send the file over for testing and also gave me some useful tips to make sure my conversions turn out better. All in all, I'm happy with how the app works and the amazing customer service I got.
Software purchase
I've been using this software for over two years now, and I have to say it has gone above and beyond what I expected. I bought it back in August 2019 and have been really impressed with all the updates and improvements they keep making. The latest version with default website lists and improved user experience has really changed the game for me. It's so easy to use and reliable, and you can tell the developers really care about the little details. I definitely suggest this software to anyone looking for a tool like this.

Cisdem software
I just got this software from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. But, ran into a little problem when I was using it on my Mac with two displays. Despite that, I really like how the company is being proactive about fixing things and making their product better for us customers. It's not something you see often with software companies.
