Useless sidestand purchase
I bought a sidestand from this place not too long ago and it was a total letdown. Even though the website said it was compatible with my bike, it ended up being a complete waste of money. It's not what I expected at all and now I'm stuck with something that's just sitting around collecting dust.

Discounted first order
I was so excited to get a great discount on my first order and everything seemed to be going well at first. I was able to use the discount, make my payment, and even got a confirmation email. But then, out of nowhere, my order was canceled the next day for no reason at all. I contacted customer service, but they didn't have any answers for me. I tried to place the order again, but it was canceled once more. Feeling a bit silly, I decided to give it another shot and tried to place the order a third time. Right now, my order is still in the "processing" stage, and I'm really hoping it goes through without getting canceled again.

Ornaments purchase
I just gotta say, the ornaments I bought from this company were seriously gorgeous! I snagged 3 ornaments in all, 2 of 'em by Kay Bojesen. They were just too cute and top-notch quality, I was blown away that they were so affordable. I checked out Amazon UK and this company's prices were way better! Yep, even though it took a bit longer for my goodies to arrive thanks to Brexit, the customer service peeps were awesome and hooked me up with a shipping reference. I already put in another order with 'em and I totally recommend this company to anyone in the market for some killer Scandinavian stuff at killer prices!

Lost luggage, no assistance
I had the worst experience with that airline! I was flying in business class and wouldn't you know it, my luggage went missing on the flight from Milan to Colombia through Madrid. I mean, can you believe that? Then I ended up waiting a whole 12 days without my stuff! I must have called them a dozen times and each time I got a different story. I tried going online to file a claim but never heard back from anybody. I was so fed up that I had to bring in my lawyer to try and get something out of them. What a headache! I definitely won't be flying with them again.

Stunning vibrant roses bouquet
I was so happy with the roses that I got from this company. They were absolutely gorgeous - big blooms, bright colors, and a lovely smell that made the whole room smell amazing. I couldn't believe how nice they were. All it took was a little bit of trimming and cleaning up the wilted petals, and I had the prettiest bouquet I've ever had.

Mother's Day fruit arrangement delivery
I ordered a fruit arrangement for Mother's Day and paid extra for weekend delivery. However, the order didn't show up until Tuesday, May 7th, which was a bummer. The delivery driver wasn't able to give any info on the date and didn't seem to realize that the order was smaller than what I paid for. Me and my wife were pretty disappointed with how everything went down.

I really, really love this store! They are awesome at answering my questions super quickly, and their soap seriously smells like I'm on a luxurious vacation. One time I accidentally bought the wrong softener, and they sent me the right one in just 2 days. They totally stand behind what they sell.

I've been using this service for a while now and I've had some good and not-so-good experiences with the advisors. SuperNatural Intervention was spot on, but Mignon Divine Medium was pricey and didn't deliver. The app has given me helpful advice during tough times, but it can also be risky financially since some advisors charge a lot without giving much value. So it's important to be careful with your money when you use this service.
