Ornaments purchase
I just gotta say, the ornaments I bought from this company were seriously gorgeous! I snagged 3 ornaments in all, 2 of 'em by Kay Bojesen. They were just too cute and top-notch quality, I was blown away that they were so affordable. I checked out Amazon UK and this company's prices were way better! Yep, even though it took a bit longer for my goodies to arrive thanks to Brexit, the customer service peeps were awesome and hooked me up with a shipping reference. I already put in another order with 'em and I totally recommend this company to anyone in the market for some killer Scandinavian stuff at killer prices!

Lost luggage, no assistance
I had the worst experience with that airline! I was flying in business class and wouldn't you know it, my luggage went missing on the flight from Milan to Colombia through Madrid. I mean, can you believe that? Then I ended up waiting a whole 12 days without my stuff! I must have called them a dozen times and each time I got a different story. I tried going online to file a claim but never heard back from anybody. I was so fed up that I had to bring in my lawyer to try and get something out of them. What a headache! I definitely won't be flying with them again.

Top for granddaughter
I just got a top for my granddaughter from Childrensalon Outlet and I couldn't be happier. It came early, way before I expected it to. And not only that, but it was wrapped so nicely - you can tell they really care about their stuff. The quality of the top is amazing, better than I thought it would be. My granddaughter is going to love it. They even included a little pack of Haribo sweets with the order, which was a nice surprise. My whole experience with Childrensalon Outlet was top-notch, and I'll definitely be coming back to shop there again.

I really, really love this store! They are awesome at answering my questions super quickly, and their soap seriously smells like I'm on a luxurious vacation. One time I accidentally bought the wrong softener, and they sent me the right one in just 2 days. They totally stand behind what they sell.

Photo frames purchase during big sale
I got so excited when I found this awesome deal on photo frames online, so I went ahead and ordered more than a dozen during a big sale. But then, I waited and waited for my order to show up, only to realize I hadn't gotten any shipping info. I checked my spam folder and found a message saying they canceled my order because of some payment verification problem. So I reached out to customer service right away, but I just kept getting bounced around and nobody could really explain why it got canceled. It's so weird because my credit is perfect and my shipping and billing addresses are the same. They couldn't give me any solid reasons for why the verification didn't go through. The whole situation was so frustrating and disappointing. At first, I was all about those low prices, but now that they're not being straight with me about what happened, I'm not so sure I want to shop there again.

Home security system
I was really pumped to help out this awesome new company that said they were gonna give me free self-monitoring forever. But when I got the system, it kept dying because of the battery and they never bothered to follow through on fixing it like they promised. They only offered free battery swaps for folks in the US, leaving us international customers hanging. Their big idea was for me to just buy a whole new system at a discounted rate, but then I'd lose my free monitoring that I was so excited about in the first place! What a total rip-off!

Recent purchase disappointment
I've noticed that a lot of things I wanted to buy were out of stock recently when I tried to place an order. It seems like there's not as much stuff available as there used to be. It's kind of a bummer to see other stores doing a better job of keeping things in stock. On the plus side, I'm happy that I didn't sign up for their rewards program, especially with things the way they are now. It's time to say goodbye to my old shopping habits and try out some new ones.
