Quality parts for Harley Davidson Street Glide Special 2018
I was really impressed with the parts I got for my 2018 Harley Davidson Street Glide Special. I wasn't sure at first because the prices were so low, but the parts turned out to be great quality and looked just like the original ones. The customer service from Motea was top-notch when I had a problem with the delivery time of one of the parts. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again next time.
Tyre changer purchase
I recently purchased a tire changer, but it arrived with an issue involving a spot weld. Motea was quick to send a replacement, which was great. However, I did have trouble submitting photos of the defect using their online form. It wasn't able to accept the photos from my phone, and there wasn't any guidance on the size of photos needed.
Five-item purchase
I had a really bad experience with that online store. I was so annoyed as a customer when I found out two of the five items I ordered weren't even available. Then, to top it off, one of the items I did get was really low quality. The other two items that actually worked didn't even meet my standards. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from that website at all.
Bag purchase with zipper issue
I bought a bag from this company not long ago and had a problem with the zipper. I contacted their customer service about it, and was really happy with how fast and professional they were in getting back to me. They fixed my issue right away and even sent me a replacement bag. They have a lot of great products to choose from, and their dedication to making sure customers are happy is really impressive. I definitely suggest shopping with them because of their top-notch service and variety of products.
Motorcycle lift purchase
I just bought a motorcycle lift from this company, but ran into a problem with the attachment hardware not fitting my bike. Nonetheless, the customer service I got was top-notch. When I reached out about the issue, I was helped by a responsive and knowledgeable team who worked hard to fix the problem. They found out it was a manufacturing issue, but the way Motea handled everything was really impressive. Even with the hiccup, I was really happy with their support and professionalism. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for motorcycle accessories.
Delayed order delivery
I'm really bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something on their website like six weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything about where my order is or gotten a refund for the item that never showed up. Their customer service has been pretty bad at keeping me in the loop, and I'm just not happy with how things have turned out.

I had some delays with my order, probably because of customs. But after I got the right phone number to call, the customer service folks really went out of their way to help me out. Useless sidestand purchase
I bought a sidestand from this place not too long ago and it was a total letdown. Even though the website said it was compatible with my bike, it ended up being a complete waste of money. It's not what I expected at all and now I'm stuck with something that's just sitting around collecting dust.
Stained product received
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase. The item I got had white stains all over it, so there was no way I could use it. I tried reaching out to customer service to deal with the problem, but all they offered was a small refund, less than 10% of what I paid. I tried to negotiate for a better solution, but they wouldn't budge. I felt like they didn't value me as a customer at all. On top of that, I would have lost a lot of money in import taxes if I had returned the item. Between the poor quality of the product and the terrible customer service, especially from Daniela, I'm not happy with the company at all. I'll definitely be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

I just bought some stuff for my motorcycle from Motea. Had a little hiccup with the shipment being split up, but their customer service team was on it right away and super helpful. They really cared and fixed the issue quickly. The items I got were top-notch and came in really nice packaging. There's no need to sugarcoat it, this company definitely knows how to hook it up with a great discount code. I found a really good deal on their website and I'm beyond satisfied with what I got. They kept me updated through email every step of the way - from getting it packed, to shipped, and then delivered, they didn't leave me hanging. I got my hands on the product within 10 days, which was a nice surprise given all the shipping delays these days. And let me just say, the quality of the item was amazing, it fit like a glove and installing it was a piece of cake.

The motorcycle parts I bought from the company didn't fit my bike exactly. If they'd asked me for my motorcycle's make and year on the order form, we could've prevented this mix-up. Even though that happened, I gotta say, Motea's customer service was quick and helpful in fixing the problem. In the end, I'm happy with how everything was taken care of and I'd totally suggest Motea to anyone. I might even go back to them in the future.
Engine Bars for BMW R1250GS
I'm really disappointed with the engine bars I purchased from this store. I work at a motorcycle shop and needed some mounting hardware for the bars we bought, but this company was a total letdown. They flat out refused to assist us, which was not cool at all. We definitely won't be returning to this place.
Motorcycle accessories
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. The people I talked to on the phone were pretty rude and didn't really help me out with my order questions. Their emails were harsh too, which just made me feel bad and annoyed. I just wanted to know when my motorcycle accessories would arrive, but instead, they were all aggressive and said things they didn't need to. They obviously didn't care about helping me at all. I thought they acted so unprofessional and I wouldn't tell anyone to use their services for motorcycle accessories.
CS Power Evo purchase
I just got myself a CS Power Evo from Motea and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The delivery was fast and the product works like a charm. It looks and feels like it's made with top-notch quality and sturdy materials, just what I wanted. Although, I did run into a bit of a snag with the manual being hard to follow and a few pieces missing in the package. But, even with those little hiccups, I'm happy with what I got and would tell others to check out Motea for themselves.
Hard cases purchased
I bought hard cases, but I didn't get any response when I asked for a tracking number. It's so unprofessional to take my money and then act like giving me a tracking number is not important. Thanks for nothing.
