    Recent Multiple Purchase Experience

    I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company, like a sissy bar, seat, headlight, headlight casing, and headlight fairing. My order got delayed and sent back to the warehouse, but the communication was on point the whole time. They quickly gave me a refund a few days later, which fixed the problem. I've always had good vibes shopping here and definitely think others should check it out.

    I bought some car parts from your store recently, and although they came in good condition, I had a problem with one of the items. The box for one of the products was half empty and missing some of the main parts. I tried reaching out to customer service through the contact form, but at first, it wouldn't go through because the images were too high-resolution. Once I fixed that, I was able to send the form successfully. But then it took a few days to get a response, and it seemed like they didn't get the pictures. So, I sent the pictures in a reply to the email, and about a week later, I got a new box with all the missing parts. The issue got solved in the end, but I had to put in some extra effort.

    I've actually had a great experience with this company, even though I've heard some negative stuff about them. It's clear that they're really trying to keep things going with the UK despite all the restrictions. I've bought a bunch of things from them, some were below the duty limit and some were above, but I haven't run into any problems. The prices have been fair, the tracking info is easy to follow, and my orders have arrived quickly. Just recently, I got this amazing deal on an item that was under the duty limit, had the VAT paid, was super high-quality, and came right on time. Overall, I'm happy with my shopping experience and I definitely plan on buying from them again.
