    5 pairs of glasses purchased

    I bought 5 pairs of glasses from this company recently. I was supposed to get 3 bifocal pairs and 2 reading glasses. However, I ended up getting all 5 pairs as reading glasses. On top of that, the left lens on all of them is blurry, which makes it impossible for me to use them for reading. I'm really disappointed because I was planning on buying more glasses from this company. The mix-up with the prescription has made it hard for me to get a refund or exchange. Overall, my experience with this purchase has been pretty disappointing.

    The rewards for doing surveys on this platform are really not great. I just spent 25 minutes on a survey and only got 19 cents as a thank you - pretty disappointing. To make it even worse, I found out that the same survey on another site paid me $1.75 for my time. It's frustrating to keep getting timed out or disqualified from surveys, especially when I've already put in so much effort. It feels like a waste of time to do surveys and not get anything back.     I totally agree with all the negative things people are saying. They said they were offering free cancellations, but then changed their minds. They advertise VIP hotels that are actually really bad and refuse to remove them. Their app is terrible and doesn't even display your trips.     The website was easy to use and the customer service was really quick and friendly. But man, the quality of the product was just not up to par. My Mother's Day flowers came in with stems that looked old, stones that were all broken, and flowers that were droopy. The replacement bouquet wasn't any better - it had flowers smashed up and wilted too. They did offer a credit and were on top of it, but I don't think I'll be buying from them again after going through all that mess.
