Momcozy s9 pro pump and accessories
I recently bought the Momcozy s9 pro pump online, along with all the stuff I needed like different flange sizes. I wanted it super fast so I opted for next day delivery to the UK, and I was pretty surprised at how quickly everything got to me. The pump has totally changed the game for me in my pumping journey. After a few months, one of the pumps started losing suction power, but the customer service from the website was top-notch. They sent me a whole new set right away, and now the suction is amazing once again. These pumps have really made pumping a much more enjoyable experience, and I really dig the cute pink color they come in. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally recommend these products to other breastfeeding moms.

All in all, the customer service I got was fantastic, and I really liked how quickly they handled my problem.
Difficult time returning items
I had such a tough time trying to return this thing I bought - it seriously took forever and a ton of emails to explain everything. I only got my money back after I left a review, but honestly, it shouldn't have to be that difficult. And on top of that, the customer service folks just couldn't seem to get what I was trying to say and kept going on about needing a tracking number. It was beyond frustrating!

The electric breast pumps were awesome at first, but after about a month, I started having some problems with them. The suction seemed to drop a lot after the first pumping session, which made it tough for me to fully empty my breasts. This is actually my second pair of pumps because the first set stopped working too.
