Fleece fabric order
I bought some fleece fabric not too long ago, but then I realized I didn't actually need it so I tried to cancel the order. I reached out to customer service less than an hour after placing the order, but they told me it was too late since the order had already been processed and couldn't be refunded. The person I talked to was not very helpful and didn't really care about my situation. It was so frustrating to know my order hadn't even been shipped yet, but they wouldn't cancel it. Needless to say, I had a really bad experience with their customer service, and I'm definitely not going to shop there again.
Maternity clothing purchase
I just bought a maternity top at the store, hoping it would be comfy and cute for my pregnancy. But when I got it, it looked nothing like the picture online. The quality was bad and the fit was all off. I was bummed out about it, so I decided to return it. But the return process was a pain. I had to pay for shipping, plus extra for taxes and fees. So now, the refund I'm getting is way less than what I paid. This whole thing has left me annoyed and not happy with the company.
Expensive express shipping
I ordered a dress with express shipping for my granddaughter's baby shower but it didn't show up on time! I was really looking forward to the big day and I was really depending on this dress to be perfect. But nope, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I paid extra for express, thinking it would be super fast, but I ended up just waiting and waiting. When I called customer service, they didn't have any good news for me either. It's almost like they didn't even care that I needed the dress by a certain date. I had to rush out at the last minute to find something else for my granddaughter, which was so stressful and disappointing. And to make matters worse, I had to follow up to get my money back for the shipping. Not cool, not cool at all.
Maternity clothing purchase
I am so annoyed with this store. I should've checked them out before buying anything, but it was pretty obvious they weren't great. The way they don't communicate is just terrible, and ignoring emails like that is just not cool. I bought some maternity clothes almost two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard anything or gotten a tracking number. My due date is coming up fast, and I have no clue if I'll ever get my order.
Online purchase, $15 return fee
Just a heads up if you're shopping online at this store - they hit you with a $15 return fee. I bought some clothes that ended up being the wrong size and when I saw that fee, I couldn't believe it. I reached out to customer service, hoping they'd work something out, but no luck. So now, as a customer, I'm pretty annoyed and let down by their policy. I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on, where returns don't come with a price tag.
Shoes for my baby
I had the worst customer service experience at this store where I got some shoes for my baby. They sent the shoes to the wrong place and expected me to go hunt them down from someone else's house or mailbox! When I asked for a refund, they straight up said no. I also requested for them to send the shoes again, and once more, they denied. Since I never even received the shoes, I couldn't even return them. It's like they straight up took my money and didn't care at all. I'm definitely not giving them my business again.

I was looking for maternity clothes and found a great variety of trendy and comfy options at this store. Ordering was easy, and I was able to choose and buy what I wanted without any trouble. But, when I needed to return some items because they didn't fit right, I wasn't happy. The return fees were expensive, and the policy was confusing. If I had known about the extra charges earlier, I might have thought twice about buying. The clothes were good quality overall, but the return experience was disappointing.
Maternity clothes purchase for upcoming trip home
I'm a first-time expectant mother and I was so excited to buy maternity clothes for my trip back home to the United Kingdom to see family before the baby comes. But man, my experience with this company was just awful. I forked over $340 and paid extra for fast shipping, only to have my order not even sent out until 5 days later. And when I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all and wouldn't cancel my order or give me a refund. Now I'm out of money and have nothing to wear on my trip. This company just doesn't care and doesn't even feel bad about the whole thing. They're the absolute worst store I've ever dealt with.
Poor quality clothing, limited return policy
I had a really bad experience with my recent online purchase. The clothes I got were super cheap and didn't fit like they were supposed to based on the size chart. I tried to fix my order right after I bought it, but they said I couldn't. Returning the stuff was a pain and cost me $9.95. It seems like they make a lot of money from returns, which isn't a good look for a legit company. I recommend others not to fall for their big sales, because the stuff isn't worth it in the end.

Order to Canada, billed, shipped, returned, fraudulent
I just have to say, if I could, I'd give this company zero stars. I ordered something to Canada, got charged for it, and was told it was shipped with FedEx. But surprise, surprise - the very next day, the package came back without even leaving New Jersey! This whole mess has got me feeling super frustrated and wondering if this company is even legit. I haven't gotten anything I ordered, and now I'm starting to think I got scammed.
Nursing bras
I've been a customer for a long time, always happy with my purchases. But my latest order of nursing bras was a letdown. The sizing was all wrong and the quality was below what I expected. When I asked for a refund or an exchange, customer service wasn't very helpful. It's really disappointing that a company I used to trust could let me down like this.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from this place, and it's been a total disaster. Some of my orders got lost, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they didn't even bother to respond. Feels like I might as well have just thrown my money away. And on top of that, the clothes I did get were awful. After one wash, a shirt fell apart, the sweater looks super old, and the colors faded. Like, seriously? The fact that my package never showed up is bad enough, but the lack of communication and concern from them just really got to me. As a soon-to-be parent, I was hoping to surprise my partner with some sweet maternity clothes, but instead of feeling excited, I just ended up feeling super annoyed and disappointed.

Though I personally don't agree with the "problem"word in this context.Basically I am from Patna Bihar (India) In our culture this is grace of almighty God and we get enough natural support to bear these so called problem.Let things as it is growing with baby.
Then question is why I bought loose clothes like tops to cover bump.In fact my mister wish to see me less in trouble especially from growing bump every day.Since the day it's appeared he was very much concerned .I searched and found Motherhood online.Finally purchased few pair of plus sizes clothing and four five tops.As he knows I don't like this ,said wear when he is at home.
