I really like the online courses on this platform, they're great. The videos are short but they give me a lot of info, so I stay interested. The hands-on labs are cool too, they walk you through everything and check you've got it right at the end. They make tricky stuff simple and fun to learn. Overall, I'm really happy with the courses here.

I bought shoes from this company, but they weren't quite what I was looking for. The website was easy to use, ordering was a breeze, and the service was quick and helpful, which made the whole process nice. The delivery was fast, and returning the shoes was no problem at all. Even though I didn't end up keeping the shoes, I was impressed with the great customer service and efficiency of this company.

Subwoofer issue unresolved
Dealing with customer service has been a total nightmare. I reached out by email a couple of months ago to report a problem with a subwoofer I bought less than a year back, and I still haven't gotten it fixed. This guy named Nick R, who was helping me out, was just plain rude and not at all helpful. I'm feeling super frustrated and let down by how little they've done to help me out here.

Expensive express shipping
I ordered a dress with express shipping for my granddaughter's baby shower but it didn't show up on time! I was really looking forward to the big day and I was really depending on this dress to be perfect. But nope, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I paid extra for express, thinking it would be super fast, but I ended up just waiting and waiting. When I called customer service, they didn't have any good news for me either. It's almost like they didn't even care that I needed the dress by a certain date. I had to rush out at the last minute to find something else for my granddaughter, which was so stressful and disappointing. And to make matters worse, I had to follow up to get my money back for the shipping. Not cool, not cool at all.

Shorts quality change
The shorts used to be really good quality, but now they changed the design of the waistband and after a few washes, they start bunching up. It's sad to see the drop in quality compared to the ones I bought five years ago that are still in good shape. The seams are also coming undone, showing they were poorly made. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, which just made things worse. I won't be buying from them again.

Have you ever felt like you were just a number to a company, instead of a valued customer? That's how I felt after using Harbor Compliance's software. It seems like they want you to do everything yourself, without much help from their team. It's frustrating to figure things out on your own without good support. It looks like a lot of people leave the company, and my overall experience wasn't great.

I recently bought the comfiest pajamas from this store and honestly, they feel like sleeping in a fluffy cloud! The material is super cozy and just makes me feel so relaxed and snug. I seriously never want to take them off! Also, this store has a bunch of other awesome things like candles and bath salts that are perfect for treating yourself to a chill night in.

Gold necklace and personalized name necklace
I got these really nice gold necklaces and a super cute one with my name on it. The gold ones got here real quick, but the name necklace took a little while, but that's okay cause they had to customize it just for me. The price was good too, better than other places I checked online. Also, it came in a simple package so no one could swipe it from my doorstep! The only issue is that the clasp on the name necklace is tiny and really hard to open, how am I supposed to put it on? It's extra tough for me cause I have big hands and long nails (acrylics, you know). I might need to pick up a necklace extender so I can wear it at different lengths based on my mood. The gold necklaces I got were too thin for my liking, so I'm gonna send them back. But, the customer service was pretty good- they sent me a return label with no hassle. Plus, they didn't make me pay for shipping, unlike other places which is kind of annoying. All in all, I'm happy with the jewelry, just gotta figure out this clasp situation.

Awesome action figure
I got this super cool action figure from Galactic Toys, but then they ended up sending me two of them by accident! It was pretty awesome, but I really just wanted one. I tried to return it and get a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me. I had to go through a whole thing with Paypal just to finally get my money back. It was frustrating, not a great experience.

Purse
The purse I purchased was supposedly marked down from $200+ to $40, so one would assume it was of high quality. This purse is very cheap and is obviously not even leather. It's absolute garbage and the company made me pay the return shipping. Buyer beware...not a company I will ever do business with again.

My experience with the company has not been the best, and I am currently in the process of attempting to get refunded

4 bathing suits for $126
This was my final email to Beachsissi after 6 back and fourths.
I am extremely disappointed in your company and will NEVER order another thing from you. I will also make sure everyone I know is aware of your ridiculous policies and your lack of follow through when it comes to righting your wrongs. I spent a $126 USD at your company on poor quality bathing suits, with weak descriptions at best. More importantly I specifically paid for 3-5 day shipping as I was going out of town two weeks from my order date and of course they didn't arrive until the day I return home so I had to purchase additional bathing suits to take on the trip. WHY offer and have a customer pay the 3-5 shipping option if it doesn't get there for 3 weeks? One of your terrible return offers does not even reimburse the shipping cost I paid. It looks like I should have done a better job reading the reviews for your company before I made my purchase because it looks to me as though you are not really in the clothing business but rather in the business of stealing people's money. I am extremely disappointed in my entire experience with Beachsissi and will NEVER again be dooped like this and I will make sure nobody I know ever is either.
