    This website is seriously a go-to for anyone shopping for cute kids' clothes. They seriously have so many options for both boys and girls, and the dresses are just stunning!     Expensive express shipping

    I ordered a dress with express shipping for my granddaughter's baby shower but it didn't show up on time! I was really looking forward to the big day and I was really depending on this dress to be perfect. But nope, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I paid extra for express, thinking it would be super fast, but I ended up just waiting and waiting. When I called customer service, they didn't have any good news for me either. It's almost like they didn't even care that I needed the dress by a certain date. I had to rush out at the last minute to find something else for my granddaughter, which was so stressful and disappointing. And to make matters worse, I had to follow up to get my money back for the shipping. Not cool, not cool at all.

    Gold necklace and personalized name necklace

    I got these really nice gold necklaces and a super cute one with my name on it. The gold ones got here real quick, but the name necklace took a little while, but that's okay cause they had to customize it just for me. The price was good too, better than other places I checked online. Also, it came in a simple package so no one could swipe it from my doorstep! The only issue is that the clasp on the name necklace is tiny and really hard to open, how am I supposed to put it on? It's extra tough for me cause I have big hands and long nails (acrylics, you know). I might need to pick up a necklace extender so I can wear it at different lengths based on my mood. The gold necklaces I got were too thin for my liking, so I'm gonna send them back. But, the customer service was pretty good- they sent me a return label with no hassle. Plus, they didn't make me pay for shipping, unlike other places which is kind of annoying. All in all, I'm happy with the jewelry, just gotta figure out this clasp situation.

    Awesome action figure

    I got this super cool action figure from Galactic Toys, but then they ended up sending me two of them by accident! It was pretty awesome, but I really just wanted one. I tried to return it and get a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me. I had to go through a whole thing with Paypal just to finally get my money back. It was frustrating, not a great experience.

    Executive Saarinen arm chairs

    The executive Saarinen arm chairs I got from this website are just stunning. The fabric and wooden legs look amazing and they're so comfortable too. My dining room looks totally different with these chairs, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The customer service was top-notch. They answered all my questions about the fabric and were quick to fix any delivery issues. Dealing with them was a breeze from start to finish. All 6 chairs arrived in perfect shape and were packed really well for shipping. I'm really happy with how everything went and will definitely be checking out more furniture on this website in the future.

    The purse I purchased was supposedly marked down from $200+ to $40, so one would assume it was of high quality. This purse is very cheap and is obviously not even leather. It's absolute garbage and the company made me pay the return shipping. Buyer beware...not a company I will ever do business with again.

    One of THE WORST PURCHASES I EVER MADE!! Wrong order Rex’s… shorted me one box for 3 weeks when I was led to believe I’d ordered 3 MONTHS! Terrible Terrible Customer Service by Supervisor named Beth. I feel I was scammed!!

    I have used Angel Soft exclusively for about 15 years. I usually buy the $9.99 package at one of the Dollar Stores and it lasts me and my husband about 6 weeks. The last 2 or 3 packages I have bought I have been noticing that any time it gets wet my fingers go right through it!! It never used to do that until recently. I hate that experience so much this month instead of buying my Angel Soft I bought another brand and found I not only get more square footage for my money, my fingers don't go through it either and it's just as soft.

    I ordered an hoodie as a Christmas gift on 12/03,and have not received any updates as to the status of my order,and I have tried to contact this company twice, which apparently is the only way you can communicate with them to no avail. My experience with the company has not been the best, and I am currently in the process of attempting to get refunded

    I have the same exact complaint as Sandy. Except my date was Dec7 2020. I ordered the hoodie. Waiting a month. Attempted an email. No response. Seeking possible refund. How do I do that if no one responds

    I ordered a hoodie as well. They charged my credit card and I haven't gotten a response back by email. I will not be doing business with this company again!

    Same here. I ordered a long sleeve T on December 31, 2020 and nothing. Sent me a tracking number this week and was supposed to be here January 27. Still not here. SMH

    4 bathing suits for $126

    This was my final email to Beachsissi after 6 back and fourths.

    I am extremely disappointed in your company and will NEVER order another thing from you. I will also make sure everyone I know is aware of your ridiculous policies and your lack of follow through when it comes to righting your wrongs. I spent a $126 USD at your company on poor quality bathing suits, with weak descriptions at best. More importantly I specifically paid for 3-5 day shipping as I was going out of town two weeks from my order date and of course they didn't arrive until the day I return home so I had to purchase additional bathing suits to take on the trip. WHY offer and have a customer pay the 3-5 shipping option if it doesn't get there for 3 weeks? One of your terrible return offers does not even reimburse the shipping cost I paid. It looks like I should have done a better job reading the reviews for your company before I made my purchase because it looks to me as though you are not really in the clothing business but rather in the business of stealing people's money. I am extremely disappointed in my entire experience with Beachsissi and will NEVER again be dooped like this and I will make sure nobody I know ever is either. At least one good thing came out of this, in the future I will make sure my consumer research is thorough and because of your company I will ALWAYS buy Made in America.
