'Fives' plug and play powered speakers replacement set
I just got a new pair of 'Fives' plug and play powered speakers from the store, but unfortunately, they were totally dead on arrival. Even with the first set I had, they were acting up by working on and off, dropping sound 2-3 times in one evening after working fine for a few days. I tried messing around with software updates using a USB drive, and even did factory resets, but nothing helped. On top of that, when I reached out for tech support, they were no help at all. Overall, my experience with these speakers and the customer service has been pretty disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
High-end speakers
I bought some expensive speakers from this company, and man, was I let down by the quality. Way overpriced and definitely not meeting the standards I thought I could expect from a big name like that. And to top it off, when I had problems with the speakers, I was pretty much on my own to figure it out without any help from them. This whole situation has seriously changed my view of this company that I used to think was top-notch.
Recent speaker and soundbar purchase
I recently bought a pair of speakers and a soundbar from this place. The sound quality is really good, but I've been having a lot of problems with both items. The speakers keep shutting off when I use Bluetooth, and the soundbar is finicky about turning on - sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it back in. It's disappointing because I paid a lot for them and expected better quality.
Bluetooth speaker purchase
I just bought a Bluetooth speaker from a popular store and at first, I was happy with how good it was. But then I started having problems with charging it because it was taking way too long. When I talked to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful and just told me to go to an authorized repair shop. Even after trying to fix it myself, the people there were not helpful at all and didn't really seem to care.
Subwoofer amp replacement
Man, let me tell you, I had to order this amp replacement for my subwoofer from this site, right? Well, Jose V was the dude I chatted with, and he was so cool and helpful. He double-checked everything for me, but it's been almost two weeks and still no sign of my replacement shipping out! Two weeks feels like forever, especially when you're a kid like me. I just wanna crank up my tunes and groove, you know?
Subwoofer issue unresolved
Dealing with customer service has been a total nightmare. I reached out by email a couple of months ago to report a problem with a subwoofer I bought less than a year back, and I still haven't gotten it fixed. This guy named Nick R, who was helping me out, was just plain rude and not at all helpful. I'm feeling super frustrated and let down by how little they've done to help me out here.
Gifted Cinema 800 sound bar
So, we were given this Cinema 800 sound bar as a gift last year and let me tell you, it's been nothing but trouble. Every time we want to watch TV, we have to unplug it first. And when it does decide to work, the sound is just way too loud. We even attempted a software update, but no luck. Dealing with their customer service has been such a headache. Our sound bar is practically new, but they won't assist us in getting it fixed. Trust me, do yourself a favor and save your money. Don't bother wasting it on this crappy product!
Cinema 600 sound bar
I recently bought the Cinema 600 soundbar and I've gotta say, my experience with it has been pretty disappointing. The customer service has been a letdown. Every time I call for help, I end up waiting on hold for way longer than they say I will. Dealing with this inefficient customer service has made it really hard for me to get any problems with the product fixed. On top of that, the replacement soundbar I got after having issues with the first one is even worse. The light on the remote control keeps turning on by itself, and the subwoofer doesn't perform consistently. Being a customer of a big-name high-end speaker company, I was expecting top-notch quality and service, but I'm pretty let down by my whole experience.
Klipsch T5 II True Wireless Sport earbuds
I recently bought some really nice earbuds, but man, they're terrible! The battery doesn't last long at all and they keep cutting out at random times. I was really looking forward to using them, but now I'm really disappointed. And to make matters worse, their customer service is even worse than the earbuds themselves! I reached out to them a bunch of times, but they just kept closing my case without actually helping me. I paid good money for these earbuds, and now I'm stuck with ones that don't even work. That's just not cool, you know?
Reference Series 820 Floor Standing Speakers
I could talk to you about floor standing speakers all day long! They're the bomb when it comes to getting that amazing sound quality you want. Plus, they can really fill up a room with some serious music vibes. So yeah, if you're looking to up your audio game, you might wanna check out some floor standing speakers. Just sayin'.
Recent speaker purchase
I recently bought a set of speakers and was really excited for them to arrive. Unfortunately, when I got my package, I was let down to see that only one of the three speakers was in there, and it was all messed up. So, I reached out to customer service right away to try and fix the problem, but it was not a good experience at all. Even after I made a claim with the shipping company, they told me I had to pay for shipping to send the damaged speaker back. So, I did what they asked and sent it back, but then they said they never got it and now I'm out $349. This whole thing has made me super upset and annoyed with the whole situation.
CS 700 speaker system repair
I had a problem with my CS 700 speaker system and contacted the customer service team at Klipsch for help. Even though my issue wasn't completely fixed, I was really impressed with the service, knowledge, and communication from the team. They really tried hard to help me out and offered to sell me a new system at a discount, even though I couldn't afford it right now. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer throughout the whole process. Huge thanks to Ivan, Zach (the manager), and all the other reps I talked to. Your service and commitment to making customers happy is outstanding.
Dolby Atmos Soundbar purchase
I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this company. I was on hold for more than an hour and then got disconnected with a message to call back later. Finally, when I spoke to someone, the replacement they sent me for my defective Soundbar 600 was in really bad shape. The sub woofer speaker was cracked and broken, definitely not new. And to top it off, the new soundbar wouldn't pair with my old sub woofer that was working fine. The way they handled my issue and the quality of service have left me extremely disappointed.
Recent speaker purchase
I just got these new speakers and they're seriously AMAZING! The sound is crystal clear and it's like having my own private concert right in my room. But the coolest part was when I ran into a little issue and called customer service. They were incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out lightening fast. It's clear they genuinely value their customers and back up their products. I'm thrilled with my speakers and this company, I'll definitely be telling all my friends about them!
Klipsch computer speakers
I got these awesome speakers for my computer, but after a while, they started buzzing really loud. I hardly even turned up the volume, but Klipsch said it was a subwoofer issue and now they won't fix it because it's out of warranty. I think I'll try Bose next time!

Man, Klipsch's support department is terrible! They never responded to my emails when I had a problem with my speakers. I had to solve everything by myself, but luckily The Speaker Exchange was able to help me out. Klipsch, you're definitely not getting my business again. You need to step up your game!
Portable speaker purchase
I called in with a simple question about powering the product from a portable station and I ended up getting transferred around a bunch of times. I didn't get any help and the customer service was just terrible. I tried to reach out a few more times after that first call, but I didn't get anywhere. Overall, really disappointing experience.
THX Certified Computer Speakers
I just got these awesome THX certified computer speakers and let me tell you, they sound incredible! The bass from the subwoofer is so deep and the mid and high frequencies from the smaller speakers just bring it all together. It's like I'm right in the middle of the music or movie I'm listening to. Plus, the speakers look and feel top-notch, you can really tell they put in the effort with the design.
THX range (LCR 6000) purchase
Despite the good sound for movies, the product's quality is actually pretty bad. The paint on the speakers chips off way too easily, especially for something that's supposed to be high-end. And when I tried to get help from customer service, it was a total bust. They were no help at all and just made things more annoying. It's clear that they don't really care about making customers happy, which is a big letdown. So, I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company because of the low-quality product and terrible support.
Cinema 700 soundbar/subwoofer purchase
I bought a soundbar and subwoofer back in November 2021. At first, the setup was super easy and smooth. But after about a month, I ran into some problems. The soundbar would randomly stop working, and the subwoofer wouldn't pair up. It was really annoying because I expected top-notch sound quality and a hassle-free experience. After some back and forth emails, I finally talked to customer service reps named Morgan and Marc on the phone. They figured out a way to update the firmware to fix the issue temporarily. But it kept happening. They promised me a replacement in December, but then said there were supply chain problems causing delays because they needed chips. Turns out, lots of models like the Cinema 600, 700, 800, and 1200 were having the same issue, not just mine.
