    Man, this company is the worst! I planned this trip with them and out of nowhere, they canceled it. No heads up or anything. They didn't even bother to give me my money back! How rude can you be? They even let go of all their employees and shut down the phones. Like seriously, who does that? It's so not cool. And now they want me to deal with my credit card company for a refund. Excuse me? That's your job, not mine!

    So, I did what any upset customer would do - I filed a dispute with my bank. And you know what they told me? They claimed they already gave me back the money. But guess what? My bank has no clue about any refund. Can you believe this? This is not how you treat people who trusted you. Decent companies don't just leave you high and dry like that. It's just not cool. So, yeah, I'm never using their services again. Maybe they were alright before, but now they're a total disaster. Don't fall into their scam!

    I made the mistake of buying a suit from this place and it turned out to be a total disaster!     I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a highlighter and bronzer duo about a month ago, and I had a bunch of problems with getting it delivered. It took way longer than it should have, and when I contacted customer service for an update, they told me the package got messed up and sent back to the sender without letting me know beforehand. The fact that the company didn't keep me in the loop was super annoying and unprofessional. I still haven't gotten my money back, and this whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd recommend staying away from this company to avoid dealing with the same headache.

    I bought some pricey skincare products from this place, thinking I was treating myself to some fancy self-care. But man, the customer service was a joke. I was talking to a customer service rep and they just cut me off at 6 pm, probably time to clock out, ya know? Plus, my order still hasn't shown up and I'm feeling like I wasted my money. My wife has been loyal to this brand and another high-end one for over 12 years, but after this mess, I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. And don't even get me started on the delivery - Evri? Seriously, couldn't they choose something more reliable?

    Funeral clutch

    I bought a clutch for my father's funeral and it turned out to be a total letdown. It arrived broken and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and didn't seem to care. Even after I explained how urgent the situation was, they just told me to order a new one and pay for it, without taking into account that my father's funeral was coming up. It was a really disappointing first experience that just left me feeling disappointed.

    I just bought a bunch of stuff for my new place - like dishwasher tabs, toilet stuff, laundry stuff, hand soap packs, and cleaner refills. It took a little longer than I thought to process and ship, about a week. But, there was a small problem with one of the items I got. The customer service team fixed it quickly and sent the right thing to me right away. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and the quality of the products.
