Water purification solution purchase
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, but the return process was really smooth and I got my money back quickly. When I finally ordered the right product, it showed up a little late, but they gave me back the money I paid for express delivery without any problems. The product itself is top-notch, and I'm happy with what I got. All in all, this company knows what they're doing - they're pro and dependable, with great service and top-notch products. I'd totally suggest them to anyone looking for a water purification fix.

Eight DVDs
I bought eight DVDs from this platform, but I was really bummed when I saw that one of the DVD covers was all messed up. Plus, after watching three of the DVDs, I realized that one of them kept stuttering and I couldn't even use it. It was a total letdown and I was not happy with the quality of the products at all.

High-end speakers
I bought some expensive speakers from this company, and man, was I let down by the quality. Way overpriced and definitely not meeting the standards I thought I could expect from a big name like that. And to top it off, when I had problems with the speakers, I was pretty much on my own to figure it out without any help from them. This whole situation has seriously changed my view of this company that I used to think was top-notch.

KN95 mask purchase
The buying process was super easy and no trouble at all. The website had really nice pictures and was simple to use. But I kind of wish they offered smaller options for those KN95 packs, like maybe a 5 or 10 pack, instead of making you get 20 right off the bat for $50. It would be easier and cheaper for folks who don't need a ton all at once.

I was kinda unsure about booking a flight with some random airline, but I was in a tight spot and Kiwi had the best price. I decided to just go for it and it worked out great - booking was easy and the flight was on time. I can definitely see how handling problems might be a pain, though.

Expensive purchase, wrong delivery
I spent a ton of money on these shoes and was expecting them to be delivered to my house, but somehow they ended up at some random college in Texas! When I contacted them about it, they were basically just like "Sorry, tough luck." Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said the exact same thing! So frustrating. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Ugh. I definitely won't be ordering from them again!

This company has been spamming our business nonstop for months. They've been sending rude and scary messages through email, LinkedIn, and our website chat. It's not okay and we're taking legal action against them.

Sand color boots
I wasn't sure about getting the Sand color boots at first because I wasn't too impressed at the beginning. But I figured I'd give them a shot and tried them on at home for a bit. After adjusting the strap, I realized that the 5 UK size, which is one size bigger than my usual 4 UK, actually fit nicely. They're a tad wide, but it makes them extra comfy for walking. You don't want them squeezing your feet too much, that's for sure. All in all, I'm pleased with my buy and I think I'll hang onto them.

Oh my goodness, I just have to say, this place is amazing! I worked with this guy named John W. and he really helped me make my resume look super professional. He even spruced up my LinkedIn profile. Bobblehead of my favorite basketball player
I went to the Bobble Head Hall and got the coolest bobblehead of my favorite basketball player! The detail on it is amazing and it looks just like him. They had so many different bobbleheads to choose from, it was tough to pick just one. The staff there was really nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm excited to add more bobbleheads to my collection!

High quality product with delayed delivery
When I got my order from Woodbests, I was happy with the really nice product I got. But, I gotta say, I did have a bit of a wait for it to show up cause of some logistics stuff. Even so, the folks on the customer service team were great and real chill about helping me out. I gotta give them props for making sure I was happy. I’d totally think about buying from them again down the line.
