Using this service was just so frustrating and unhelpful. I felt like I kept saying the same things over and over, and the back-and-forth with my assigned writer was just not great. Then, when I got the draft, it was all messed up with errors and totally didn't match what I gave them. I tried to talk about it, but no one ever got back to me. In the end, I just ended up doing my own resume because I was just so disappointed with what they did.

I've noticed that when I use my own resume, I get more interview requests and follow-ups compared to the one I got from the service. It felt like I had to put in a lot of effort to spruce up the resume myself. Plus, I could tell that my writer didn't really know much about the industry. The templates for the Cover Letter, Follow-Up, and Thank You Letter weren't anything special and could easily be found for free online. And even after 3 weeks, the LinkedIn updates and job board postings haven't really led to any results. All in all, I signed up on this website to warn others not to make the same mistake I did - don't waste your money.

Now I'm still waiting for them to start working on my LinkedIn profile. In general, I was happy with the resume they wrote for me, but they could definitely work on being more punctual.
