    Teal wallpaper purchase

    I got some teal wallpaper on order and had a tough time getting my account set up, so I had to give Customer Services a call. The person who picked up was really nice and helpful, which was great! They made sure my order went through, but then I found out the wallpaper I wanted was all sold out. It'd be cool if they could update the website to show what's in stock. Other than that, I can't wait to get my hands on that wallpaper!

    Easy hiring software

    Wow, this software is really amazing! My mom uses it to find great people for her business and she says it's like having a magic wand to hire awesome employees. It's super easy to use and we appreciate how it keeps everything more organized and less stressful. Honestly, if you're looking to hire, you definitely need to give this a try!

    Aroma diffuser purchase

    I recently bought an aroma diffuser from this company, but I gotta say, it was a total letdown. Right out of the gate, the diffuser struggled to work like it should. Sure, it eventually started doing its job, but then it just quit on me completely. When I tried to get help from customer service, they told me the warranty had already run out. Real bummer, right? The warranty only lasted 90 days, and that just wasn't enough time for a product like this. They basically said my only option was to drop another $100 on a new machine. Talk about a ripoff! Needless to say, I was not impressed with their lack of help and the expensive fix. Bottom line, I'd steer clear of this company. Their products are low quality and the customer service is no help at all.

    Fraudulent subscription fees

    My experience with this retailer was really frustrating. I signed up for their service, but it didn't meet my expectations. Trying to cancel and get a refund was a huge hassle. I had to keep talking to their customer service back and forth before finally getting it sorted out. And even after all that, they still wouldn't give me my money back for the fraudulent subscription fees. It just felt like a total waste of my time and money. I definitely wouldn't suggest this retailer to anyone who wants an easy, stress-free experience.

    Wireless earbuds purchase

    The customer service over there is really top-notch. I picked up some wireless earbuds not too long ago, but they crapped out on me pretty quickly. I got in touch with them, and they didn't hesitate to offer up a new pair as a replacement. Now I'm just sitting tight, waiting for the new earbuds to show up. I gotta say, I'm pretty blown away by how fast and on the ball they were in dealing with my problem. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff from them. It's clear they really care about their customers.

    12 pairs of underwear purchase

    Oh man, let me tell you about the 12 pairs of underwear I got from this company - total letdown. After only a month, I started noticing that every single pair was falling apart. So, I reached out to customer service for a refund. They said they'd give me store credit at first, but then they wanted pics of the damage on each pair. Problem was, I already tossed them out by then, so I was stuck. The crappy quality of the underwear along with the unhelpful customer service has left me super unhappy. I won't be buying from them again.
