I just wanna say, I tried out this online business registration service, and let me tell you, I was actually pretty impressed by how great the customer service was. I talked to this gal named Susanna M and she was super on top of things and really paid attention to what I was saying. She was nice to chat with and didn't come on too strong, you know? She took the time to explain everything about the service, even though I ended up deciding not to go through with it. But man, I gotta admit, I was still kinda interested and thinking about maybe signing up down the line. The way she handled everything was top-notch and I felt like I was being taken care of as a customer.
