Tear drop earrings for son's wedding
I just picked up these tear drop earrings for my son's wedding and they are absolutely gorgeous! The colors are so classy and feminine, and they go perfectly with my dress. The people at the store were super nice and helpful, which made the whole experience really pleasant. I'll definitely be ordering from them again for my next special event.

Best deal on my contacts
Contacts Direct had the best deal on my contacts, like, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. It was totally worth it to buy from them. The only thing that was kinda annoying was that I forgot to log into my account when I bought the contacts. So then I couldn't track my order, which was a bummer. Maybe they should add a way to track orders for people who don't have an account or forget to log in. But overall, it was awesome!

Delayed Refund
I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I placed an order, returned it because the clothes didn't fit, but I still haven't received my refund of $355 (order number #FA53967). I've tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response. The return portal was broken, and I couldn't find a return address online. After reaching out on Instagram, I finally got instructions on how to get my refund, but even after they said it was processed, I still haven't seen the money. It's been over a week since I last heard from customer service, and the website is always down for maintenance. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I purchased a printer and it's the worst. They keep sending me stuff I don't even need and the printer freezes up constantly. Customer service is a joke, definitely would not recommend!

I can't really say how good the product is yet because I just bought it not too long ago. But let me tell you, the customer service at this company is amazing. They're super quick to respond and really know how to keep their customers in the loop. I love that they have a refund policy in case you're not happy with what you bought. It shows they really value their customers and want to expand their loyal following in a real and honest way.
